  • At Indian International Film Awards (IIFA), Sridevi won Best Actress (posthumously) for MOM.
  • Irrfan Khan was awarded Best Actor for film Hindi Medium.
  • Movie ‘Tumhari Sulu’ was awarded with the Best Film Trophy. ‘Outstanding Achievement by An Actor in Indian Cinema’ award was given to Anupam Kher. The IIFA was held in Bangkok.
