Haryana Dwarf Pension Yojana हरियाणा बौना पेंशन योजना
देश के आर्थिक रूप से गरीब नागरिकों की मुलभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति हेतु सभी प्रदेशों के मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा पेंशन योजना का संचालन किया जाता है। पेंशन योजना का लाभ वृद्धजन, विकलांग जन, निराश्रित, विधवा एवं अनाथ बेसहारा आदि श्रेणियों में गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के नागरिकों को विभाजित करके प्रदान किया जाता है। हरियाणा राज्य में बौनों को शारीरिक रूप से असमर्थ मानते हुए 60 प्रतिशत दिव्यान्गों की श्रेणी में वर्गीकृत किया गया है। प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा बौनों के सामाजिक सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए प्रति माह गुजारा भत्ता प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से बौना पेंशन योजना का संचालन किया गया है। प्रदेश के सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग द्वारा वर्ष 2018 में बौनों को प्रति माह रूपए 2000 पेंशन के रूप में वितरित करना निर्धारित किया गया है। पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए पुरुषों की लम्बाई 3 फिट 8 ईंच या इससे कम एवं महिलाओं की लम्बाई 3 फिट 3 ईंच या इससे कम होना चाहिए। आइये जाने इस लेख के माध्यम से योजना से सम्बंधित विस्तृत जानकारी।

- बौना श्रेणी के पात्र पुरुष की लम्बाई 3 फिट 8 ईंच एवं महिला की लम्बाई 3 फिट 3 ईंच या इससे कम होना चाहिए।
- बौने नागरिक की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- हरियाणा राज्य का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य है। इसके अतिरिक्त योजना में आवेदन से पूर्व न्यूनतम एक वर्ष से हरियाणा राज्य में निवास करना आवश्यक होगा।
- आवेदक की स्वयं अथवा परिवार की समस्त स्त्रोतों से वार्षिक आय रूपए 2 लाख से कम होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदक के नाम से हरियाणा राज्य में बैंक खाता होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक केंद्र सरकार, राज्य सरकार या किसी निजी वित्तीय संस्था से किसी प्रकार के पेंशन का लाभ न प्राप्त कर रहा हो।

- आवेदक को योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए जिला चिकित्सा अधिकारी /सिविल सर्जन से बौना होने का प्रमाण पत्र देना होगा।
- जन्म प्रमाण पत्र।
- आय प्रमाण पत्र।
- बैंक अकाउंट के पहले पेज की फोटोकॉपी।
- निवास प्रमाण पत्र।
- आवेदक का आधार कार्ड होना आवश्यक होगा।
- आवेदक की वर्तमान की पासपोर्ट साइज़ रंगीन फोटो।
- जाति प्रमाण पत्र।

- बौना पेंशन योजना में आवेदन के लिए हरियाणा सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग की वेबसाइट लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में Pension Portal विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस पेज में Application forms विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा
- इस पेज में Download Application for Dwarf Allowance विकल्प पर क्लीक करना है
- इस फॉर्म को डाउनलोड करके प्रिंट आउट निकालना होगा।
- फिर आवेदन फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज की फोटोकॉपी संलग्न करना होगा।
- इसके बाद अपने जिले के सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग (DSWO) के कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा। इसके बाद आपको आवेदन फॉर्म की रेफेरंस आईडी दिया जाएगा। जिसके प्रयोग से आप DSWO कार्यालय से योजना में आवेदन की स्थिति पता कर सकेंगे।
