Delhi Sarkar ki Ladli Yojana दिल्ली सरकार की लाडली योजना
दिल्ली में बेटियों की शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए लाडली योजना वर्ष 2008 से लागू किया गया है। लाडली योजना का संचालन महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित किया जाता है। योजना का उद्देश्य पुरुष और स्त्री लिंग अनुपात में असमानता को नियंत्रित करना एवं बालिकाओं की शिक्षा को प्रोत्साहित करना है। लाडली योजना के तहत बीपीएल परिवारों की बेटियों के पालन -पोषण एवं शिक्षा के खर्चे में सरकार द्वारा आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान किया जाता है। दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा बेटियों के जन्म से लेकर 18 वर्ष की आयु तक पाँच चरणों में सहयोग की राशि प्रदान की जाती है। योजना पंजीकृत बेटियों के नाम से एसबीआई बैंक में खाता खुलवाना होता है। जिसमें सरकार की तरफ से सहयोग की राशि निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार बेटियों के बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित की जाती है। इस धनराशी को बेटियों के 18 वर्ष पुरे होने पर निकाला जा सकता है। आइये जाने योजना की पूरी जानकारी।

दिल्ली राज्य के बीपीएल परिवारों में बेटियों के जन्म लेने पर सरकार द्वारा उनके पोषण एवं शिक्षा के खर्चे में आर्थिक सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए लाडली योजना का संचालन किया गया है। योजना के वित्त पोषण की व्यवस्था एसबीआई लाइफ इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड (SBIL) के सहयोग से की गई है। योजना के क्रियान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग सौंपी गयी है।
योजना का लाभ राज्य की बीपीएल श्रेणी के परिवारों में जन्मी अधिकतम दो बेटियों दिया जाता है।आर्थिक सहयोग की राशि का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए बेटी के जन्म लेने के एक वर्ष के अन्दर एवं दिल्ली के सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर 90 दिन के अन्दर योजना में रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना अनिवार्य है। रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद महिला एवं बाल विकास कार्यालय दिल्ली द्वारा बच्ची के नाम एक यूनिक आईडी नंबर जारी किया जाएगा। जिसके आधार पर बेटी के अभिभावक को एसबीआई बैंक में जीरो बैलेंस खाता खुलवाना होगा। इस खाते में योजना के तहत मिलने वाली धनराशी को योजना के अनुसार निर्धारित चरणों में बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा। इस धन राशि को बेटी के 10 वीं या 12 वीं कक्षा पास करने पर जब बेटी की आयु 18 वर्ष हो जाए निकाला जा सकेगा।
Ladli Yojana ki Financial Help लाडली योजना की आर्थिक सहयोग राशि
योजना के तहत बेटी के जन्म लेने से लेकर 12 वीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने तक पाँच चरणों में निर्धारित सहयोग की राशि बेटी के नाम के एसबीआई बैंक खाते में सरकार की और से जमा किया जाता रहेगा।
- पहले चरण की धनराशी बेटी के सरकारी हॉस्पिटल में जन्म लेने पर रूपए 11,000 एवं घर पर जन्म लेने पर रूपए 10,000 बेटी के बैंक खाते में जमा किया जाएगा।
- दूसरे चरण की धनराशी बेटी के दिल्ली के सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में एडमिशन लेने पर रूपए 5,000 बैंक खाते में जमा की जायेगी।
- तीसरे चरण की धनराशी बेटी के कक्षा 6 में प्रवेश लेने पर रूपए 5,000 दी जायेगी।
- चौथी चरण की धनराशी बेटी के 10 वीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर रूपए 5,000 बैंक खाते में जमा की जायेगी।
- पांचवे चरण की धनराशी बेटी के 12 वीं कक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर रूपए 5,000 योजना के तहत बैंक में जमा की जायेगी।
इस प्रकार लाडली योजना के तहत बेटियों के पोषण एवं शिक्षा में आर्थिक मदद के रूप में कुल 35- 36,000 रूपए प्रदान किये जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है।

- बेटियों के जन्म पंजीकरण को बढ़ावा देना।
- सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से बालिकाओं को सशक्त बनाना।
- कन्या भ्रूण हत्या को एवं लिंग अनुपात की असमानता को नियंत्रित करना है
- समाज में बेटियों के प्रति भेदभाव को समाप्त करना।
- लड़कियों के शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना और छात्राओं के स्कूल छोड़ने की दर को कम करना।
- छात्राओं को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना है।

- आवेदक को दिल्ली राज्य का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य होगा।
- आवेदक के परिवार की सभी स्त्रोतों से वार्षिक आय एक लाख रूपए से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- बेटी का एडमिशन दिल्ली के सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त स्कूल में होना चाहिए।
- बीपीएल श्रेणी के परिवार में जन्मी अधिकतम दो बेटियों को हीं योजना का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

- बेटी का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र
- बेटी के परिवार की आय का प्रमाण पत्र
- बेटी के माता -पिता का आधार कार्ड
- बेटी के जन्म से पूर्व आवेदक परिवार का दिल्ली राज्य में तीन वर्ष रहने का प्रमाण पत्र
- बेटी के परिवार की सामूहिक तस्वीर
- आवेदक परिवार की जाति का प्रमाण पत्र
Ladli Yojana Mein Aavedan लाडली योजना में आवेदन
- आवेदन के लिए दिल्ली के महिला एवं बाल विकास कार्यालय से लाडली योजना का रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म लेना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म में मांगी गयी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स की फोटोकॉपी संलग्न करके जिला महिला एवं बाल विकास कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा।
- योजना में पंजीकरण स्वीकार होने के बाद लाभार्थी बेटी के नाम पर एक यूनिक आईडी नंबर जारि किया जाएगा।
- आवेदक को इस यूनिक आईडी नंबर एसबीआई बैंक में दिखाकर बेटी के नाम से जीरो बैलेंस बैंक अकाउंट खोलना होगा।
- योजना के निर्धारित शर्तों के अनुसार दिल्ली सरकार की और से बैंक खाते धन राशि जमा किया जाएगा।
- योजना के तहत बेटी के 18 वर्ष पुरे होने पर योजना के लाभ की धनराशी बेटी को प्राप्त हो सकेगी।
