राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा 30 दिसंबर 2018 तक प्रति किसान के 50,000 तक के ऋण माफ़ करने की घोषणा की गयी है। सरकार ने किसानो के ऋण माफ़ी के साथ किसानो के अन्य मांगों को पूरा करने की भी मंजूरी दे दी है।
दरअसल राजस्थान के किसानो द्वारा महाराष्ट्र,कर्णाटक,उत्तर प्रदेश तथा पंजाब राज्यों की तर्ज पर किसान ऋण माफ़ी योजना को लागू करने के साथ-साथ 11 अन्य मांगो को पूरा करने हेतु विगत 13 दिनों से आन्दोलन कर रखा था। हालात बिगड़ते देख कर राज्य सरकार ने आखिरकार किसानो के साथ बातचीत करना शुरू किया, तथा ऋण माफ़ी के अलावा अन्य मांगों को पूरा करने पर भी सहमति जताई।
मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे द्वारा घोषणा किया गया कि किसानो के रूपए 50,000 कृषि ऋण माफ़ी तथा 30 सितम्बर 2017 तक के बकाया शेष ऋण राशि पर ब्याज माफ़ कर दिया जायेगा।

किसान ऋण माफ़ी के साथ-साथ निम्न अन्य मुद्दों का समझौते में जिक्र किया गया :
- राजस्थान राज्य के अंदर किसानो के वाहन पर टोल टैक्स न लगाया जाये।
- फसलों के न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) बढ़ाने के सन्दर्भ में सरकार द्वारा मूंगफली, उड़द, सोयाबीन और मूंग पर किसानो के लागत मूल्य से रूपए 200 बढ़ा कर दिया जाने की मंजूरी दे दी है।
- 60 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के किसानो को रूपए 2000 पेंशन मिलना चाहिए।
राजस्थान किसान फसल ऋण माफ़ी योजना का प्रारूप (Format of Rajasthan Kisan Rin Mafi/Farm Loan Waiver Yojana)
राजस्थान की मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे ने 2018-19 के बजट में घोषणा किया कि राज्य के लघु और सीमांत किसानो के सहकारी बैंकों के 30 सितम्बर 2017 तक के रूपए 50,000 के कृषि ऋण माफ़ कर दिए जायेंगे। इसका क्रियान्वयन करने हेतु एक कृषि ऋण राहत आयोग की स्थापना की जाएगी। यह आयोग राज्य सरकार की स्थाई संस्था होगी जिसके समक्ष किसान अपना पक्ष रख कर मेरिट के आधार पर ऋण राहत प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आगामी सत्र 2018-19 में किसानों को केन्द्रीय सहकारी बैंकों के माध्यम से अल्पकालीन ब्याज मुक्त फसल ऋण वितरण हेतु 384 करोड़ रूपए ब्याज सब्सिडी एवं 168 करोड़ रूपए क्षतिपूर्ति ब्याज सब्सिडी उपलब्ध कराए जाने का प्रावधान किया जायेगा। इसके अतिरिक्त राजफैड (राजस्थान सहकारी क्रय-विक्रय संघ) को सरसों और चने की ऊपज को समर्थन मूल्य (MSP) पर किसानो से खरीदने के लिए 500 करोड़ रूपए का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण उपलब्ध कराये जाने का प्रावधान किया जायेगा।

इस योजना की शुरुआत होने के बाद राजस्थान सरकार के कृषि विभाग द्वारा आवेदन फॉर्म जारि किया जायेगा। अभी इस योजना सन्दर्भ में कोई सूचना उपलब्ध नहीं है। इस योजना के आरंभ होने पर इसके आवेदन से सम्बंधित जानकारी इस लेख में उपलब्ध करा दी जाएगी।
