How To Apply Nai Roshni Scheme नयी रोशिनी योजना में आवेदन कैसे करें
नयी रोशिनी योजना के अंतर्गत गैर सरकारी संगठनों (NGO) को अनुदान के लिए आवेदन से पहले आधार अधिनियम एक्ट 7 के तहत दी गयी अधिसूचना की जानकारी होना आवश्यक है। इसके अतिरिक्त संगठन का पैन नंबर , आधार नंबर एवं संगठन के बोर्ड मेम्बेर्स /पदाधिकारियों का पैन नंबर एनजीओ दर्पण पोर्टल ngodarpan.gov.in पर अपडेट करना आवश्यक है। इसके अलावा निति आयोग पोर्टल पर यूनिक आईडी प्राप्त करना आवश्यक होगा। क्योंकि रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरने से पहले निति आयोग यूनिक आईडी और पैन नंबर लिखना होगा। इसके बाद सबमिट पर क्लिक करना होगा तभी रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म खुलेगा।
अब यदि कोई गैर सरकारी संगठन नयी रोशिनी योजना के तहत अल्पसंख्यक महिलाओं में नेतृत्व क्षमता विकास प्रशिक्षण योजना के कार्यान्वयन के लिए आवेदन करना चाहती है। तो उसे nairoshni-moma.gov.in वेब पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर करना होगा। इसके बाद लॉग इन करने के बाद योजना में आवेदन के लिए 11 फॉर्म को भरना होगा। तो आइये जाने ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भरने की जानकारी।

योजना में आवेदन के लिए अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय की वेबसाइट लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में new user registration विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- संगठन का नाम, पता दर्ज करना होगा।
- ड्रॉप डाउन मेन्यू से राज्य, शहर और जिले के नाम का चयन करने के बाद अपने क्षेत्र का पिन कोड लिखना होगा।
- अगले स्टेप में मोबाइल नंबर और फैक्स नंबर लिखना होगा।
- संगठन / सोसायटी के प्रकार का चयन करना होगा।
- संगठन का पंजीकरण संख्या दर्ज करना होगा।
- किस प्रदेश में आपने संस्था /संगठन का पंजीकरण कराया है उस प्रदेश के नाम का चयन करना होगा।
- पंजीकरण के शहर का चयन करना है।
- पंजीकरण की तारीख।
- उपलब्धि का पूरा विवरण।
- विशेषज्ञता का क्षेत्र।
- अपनी कंपनी के चीफ एग्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर (CEO) का नाम लिखना होगा।
- सीईओ का मोबाइल नंबर।
- सीईओ की ई-मेल आईडी।
- सचिव / वीपी (सेक्रेटरी /वाईस प्रेसिडेंट) का पूरा नाम।
- वाईस प्रेसिडेंट का मोबाइल नंबर ,ईमेल आईडी।
- कम्पनी का वेबसाइट एड्रेस लिखना है।
- यूज़र आईडी और पासवर्ड लिखना है पासवर्ड में न्यूनतम 8 और कम से कम 1 अपरकेस वर्णमाला, 1 लोअरकेस में अधिकतम 10 अल्फाबेट, 1 नंबर और 1 स्पेशल करैक्टर शामिल करना होगा।
- फिर रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट ब्राउज फाइल विकल्प के अंतर्गत चयन करना होगा।
- फिर रजिस्ट्रेशन की वैलिडिटी का डेट लिखना होगा।
- फिर जेनरेट ओटीपी विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा। इसके बाद आपके द्वारा फॉर्म में दर्ज किये मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी पर चार अंकों का ओटीपी आएगा उसे लिखने के बाद registration विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद nairoshni-moma.gov.in पोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस पेज में यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड जो आपने फॉर्म भरते समय बनाया है। उसे लिखना के बाद कैप्चा कोड लिखना होगा।
- फिर लॉग इन विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद जो पगे खुलेगा उसमें वित्तीय वर्ष का चयन करना होगा।
- फिर इस पेज में ApplicationApply विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब फॉर्म नंबर 1 में क्संराइटेरिया के अंतर्गत संगठन कितने वर्ष पुराना है, उसकी वित्तीय स्थिति, बोर्ड के सदस्यों की शैक्षिक योग्यता आदि जानकारी भरनी होगी। आपके द्वारा भरी गयी सूचनाओं के आधार पर नंबर प्राप्त होगा ये नंबर 70 से कम होने पर आप नेक्स्ट फॉर्म तक नहीं पहुँच सकेंगे।
- फॉर्म में सूचनाएँ भरने के बाद Save&Continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 2 खुलेगा इसमें आपको अपनी कंपनी के लोकेशन का विवरण भरना होगा।
- फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना है।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 3 खुलेगा। इसमें प्रोजेक्ट से सम्बंधित जानकारी देनी होगी जैसे – प्रशिक्षण का विषय, अल्पसंख्यक महिलाओं की संख्या, प्रशिक्षण देने वाले महिला और पुरुष की संख्या आदि।
- फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना है।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 4 खुलेगा इसमें प्रशिक्षण से सम्बंधित आपने दृष्टिकोण के विषय में लिखना होगा।
- फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना है।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 5 खुलेगा इसमें अपनी संस्था के बजट की जानकारी देनी होगी।
- इसके बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 6 खुलेगा इसमें संगठन की ऑडिट रिपोर्ट की सूचना देनी होगी।
- इसके बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब फॉर्म नंबर 7 खुलेगा इसमें संस्था के नाम से बैंक अकाउंट का डिटेल देना होगा।
- इसके बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर फॉर्म नंबर 8 खुलेगा इसमें मैनेजिंग समिति से सम्बंधित जानकारी देनी होगी।
- फॉर्म भरने के बाद submit पर क्लिक करने के बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म नंबर 9 खुलेगा इसमें संगठन के प्रमुख व्यक्ति की पर्सनल डिटेल देनी होगी।
- फॉर्म भरने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब फॉर्म नंबर 10 खुलेगा इसमें संगठन के कर्मचारी की डिटेल देनी होगी।
- फॉर्म भरने के बाद submit पर क्लिक कररने के बाद save&continue विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब फॉर्म नंबर 11 खुलेगा इसमें पिछले वर्ष की वार्षिक वत्तीय रिपोर्ट की फाइल सेलेक्ट करनी होगी। इसके बाद आपके द्वारा दी गयी सूचनाएं सही हैं। इसके डिक्लेरेशन पर टिक करना होगा।
- फिर पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष की रिपोर्ट और प्रोजेक्ट प्रस्ताव की प्रिंट आउट निकालने के बाद प्रोजेक्ट लोकेशन के DC/DM प्राधिकरण में अपलोड करना होगा।
- इसके बाद save&confirm विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म आवेदन संख्या को सेव कर लेना होगा। इसकी सहायता से आप आवेदन की स्थिति पता कर सकेंगे।
