Bihar Victim Compensation Scheme 2020 विक्टिम मुआवजा योजना 2020
केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 14 अक्टूबर 2015 को केन्द्रीय पीड़ित मुआवजा कोष नाम से योजना को शुरू किया गया है। इस योजना के तहत एसिड हमला, बलात्कार, मानव तस्करी जैसी घटना से पीड़ित होने पर पीडिता को मुआवजा प्रदान करने का प्रावधान है। इस योजना को सभी राज्य सरकारों द्वारा अपने राज्य में लागू किया गया है। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा राज्य सरकारों को पीड़ित मुआवजा की राशि में सुधार करने का निर्देश जारी किया गया है। इसी क्रम में बिहार राज्य सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2019 से पीड़ित मुआवजा की राशि में बदलाव किया गया है। इस योजना के तहत वर्ष 2014 में तेजाब हमला मुआवजा की राशि अधिकतम रु 3 लाख थी। इसके बाद इस राशि को बढ़ाकर रु 7 लाख किया गया। अब बिहार राज्य सरकार द्वारा वर्ष 2019 में पीड़ित मुआवजा राशि को बढ़ाकर अधिकतम रु 10 लाख कर दिया गया है। मुआवजे की बढ़ी हुई राशि का वहन बिहार राज्य सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा। आइये जाने बिहार राज्य सरकार की पीड़ित मुआवजा योजना की जानकारी।

- पीडिता को बिहार राज्य का मूल निवासी होना आवश्यक होगा।
- एसिड अटैक पीड़िता।
- पीडिता के साथ अपराध की घटना बिहार राज्य क्षेत्र में घटित हुई हो।
Bihar Victim Compensation Amount बिहर विक्टिम मुआवजा की राशि
- तेजाब हमले में पीडिता को वर्ष 2019 से पहले अधिकतम रु 3 लाख दिया जाता था। अब बिहार राज्य की तेजाब हमला पीड़िता को मुआवजे की अधिकतम राशि रु 10 लाख प्रदान की जायेगी।
- यदि तेजाब हमला पीडिता की उम्र 14 वर्ष से कम होगी। तो मुवाजा की राशि केस की गंभीरता के आधार पर 50% तक बढ़ा दी जायेगी।
- यदि तेजाब हमला पीड़िता शिक्षित होगी। तो राज्य सरकार द्वारा नौकरी प्रदान की जायेगी।
- तेजाब हमला पीड़िता के इलाज का खर्च राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी। एसिड अटैक विक्टिम के इलाज में आने वाले खर्च को मुख्यमंत्री चिकित्सा सहायता कोष से दिया जाएगा। इलाज में आने वाले खर्च को सीधे अस्पताल में ट्रान्सफर किये जाने का प्रावधान है। इलाज की निशुल्क सुविधा का लाभ प्रात करने के लिए इलाज पर आने वाले खर्च की रसीद अस्पताल से प्राप्त करना होगा। फिर रसीद को बिहार विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा।
- यदि तेजाब हमले से पीड़िता का चेहरा पूरी तरह या 80% तक विकृत होने या आँखों को नुकसान पहुँचने की दशा में पीड़िता को रु 10 हज़ार प्रति माह मुआवजा दिए जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसके अतिरिक्त पीड़िता चाहे तो स्वरोजगार शुरू करने के लिए राज्य सरकार से ऋण भी प्राप्त कर सकेगी।
