Bihar Ration Card Application 2020 बिहार राशन कार्ड आवेदन 2020
कोरोना महामारी के कारण काम -धंधा बंद होने के कारण दिहाड़ी मजदूर, बीपीएल श्रेणी के परिवार और प्रवासी श्रमिकों के सामने पेट भरने का संकट उत्पन्न हो गया है। ऐसे में सभी राज्य सरकारो द्वारा नए राशन कार्ड बनाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गयी है। इसी क्रम में बिहार राज्य में भी नए राशन कार्ड के आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गयी है। बिना राशन कार्ड वाले नागरिकों को राशन कार्ड जल्दी उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री नितीश कुमार द्वारा लोक सेवा अधिकार नियम में संशोधन किया गया है। संशोधन के तहत अब नए राशन कार्ड के आवेदकों का राशन कार्ड केवल 9 कार्य दिवस में जारी करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। पहले राशन कार्ड जारी होने में 30 दिन का समय लगता था।
इसके अतिरिक्त लॉक डाउन से प्रभावित नागरिक जिनके पास पेट भरने के लिए आय का स्त्रोत नहीं है। उनकी पहचान करने की जिम्मेदारी जीविका समूह के कर्मियों को सौंपा गया है। जीविका दीदी द्वारा चिन्हित राशन के पात्र नागरिको के राशन कार्ड आवेदन को जमा करने का कार्य जीविका समूह के कर्मियों को सौंपा गया है। जीविका समूह की दीदी राशन कार्ड आवेदन पत्र एकत्रित करके सम्बंधित ब्लाक विकास अधिकारी के कार्यालय में जमा करने का कार्य करेंगी। जिससे भीड़ एकत्रित नहीं होगी और सामूहिक रूप से राशन कार्ड आवेदन पत्र एकत्रित करने में आसानी होगी। इसके अलावा राज्य के बीपीएल श्रेणी के नागरिक जिनके पास राशन कार्ड नहीं है। उन्हें नए राशन कार्ड आवेदन के लिए ऑनलाइन फॉर्म डाउनलोड करना होगा। आइये जाने राशन कार्ड आवेदन प्रक्रिया की जानकारी।

- आवेदक परिवार के सभी सदस्यों का आधार कार्ड
- बिहार राज्य का निवास प्रमाण पत्र
- आय प्रमाण पत्र
- मोबाइल नंबर
- आवेदक का रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो

- राशन कार्ड आवेदन के लिए jan vitran ann वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में useful info के अंतर्गत prapatra k & kh form लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस लिंक पर क्लिक करने पर नए राशन कार्ड आवेदन का फॉर्म खुल जाएगा।
- फॉर्म को ऑनलाइन डाउनलोड करने के बाद प्रिंट आउट निकालना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाये भरने के बाद आवश्यक दस्तावेज संलग्न करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आवेदक को फॉर्म अपने ब्लाक विकास अधिकारी (BDO) के कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा।
- फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद आवेदन पावती रसीद दिया जाएगा इस रसीद पर आवेदन पत्र संख्या लिखा होगा इस रसीद को सुरक्षित रखना है।

- राशन कार्ड आवेदन की स्थिति जांचने के लिए जन वितरण अन्न वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में राशन कार्ड Application Status विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस फॉर्म में जिला, अनुमंडल सेलेक्ट करने के बाद आवेदन पत्र संख्या (RTPS number) लिखना होगा।
- फिर show विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
