Report Crime Against Women On Vikalp Portal विकल्प पोर्टल पर महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराध की रिपोर्ट
महिलाओं के सामाजिक सुरक्षा एवं सशक्तिकरण क लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा विकल्प पोर्टल का संचालन किया गया है। उत्तर प्रदेश राज्य में यदि किसी महिला के खिलाफ सामाजिक अथवा घरेलु हिंसा से सम्बंधित किसी प्रकार की भी अपराधिक घटना घटती है। तो महिलाओं को रिपोर्ट लिखवाने पुलिस स्टेशन जाने की जरुरत नहीं है। वो घर बैठे ऑनलाइन विकल्प पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपनी शिकायत पुलिस स्टेशन में दर्ज करवा सकती है। इस पोर्टल पर दुराचार, उत्पीडन या हिंसा से पीड़ित महिला के अतिरिक्त पीड़िता के सगे -सम्बन्धी, परिचित या कोई भी व्यक्ति जो महिला के खिलाफ अपराधिक घटना का साक्षी हो पुलिस में रिपोट दर्ज करवा सकते है। रिपोर्ट लिखवाने वाले व्यक्ति और अपराधिक घटना से पीड़ित महिला दोनों का नाम गुप्त रखा जाता है।
किन्तु शिकायत दर्ज करवाने के लिए आवेदन फॉर्म में शिकायतकर्ता को अपना मोबाइल नंबर लिखना आवश्यक होता है। मोबाइल नंबर शिकायत से सम्बंधित पुलिस की कार्यवाही की रिपोर्ट एसएमएस द्वारा प्राप्त होती रहती है। इसके अतिरिक्त पुलिस द्वारा शिकायत पर कार्यवाही पूरी करने के बाद रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर फीडबैक देने के अनुरोध का मेसेज भी भेजा जाता है। यदि शिकायतकर्ता पुलिस की कार्यवाही से संतुष्ट नहीं होता है।तो मामले की जाँच से सम्बंधित कार्यवाही पुलिस द्वारा जारी राखी जाती है। इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत करवाने पर मामले की जाँच से सम्बंधित कार्यवाही शिकायतकर्ता के संतुष्ट होने का फीडबैक प्राप्त होने के बाद हीं बंद की जाती है। विकल्प पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत ऑनलाइन दर्ज करने और शिकायत की स्थिति जाँचने की भी सुविधा उपलब्ध है। तो आइये जाने शिकायत ऑनलाइन दर्ज करने की जानकारी।

- विकल्प पोर्टल पर केवल महिलाओं के खिलाफ अपराधिक घटना से सम्बंधित रिपोट हीं दर्ज करवाया जा सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त किसी अन्य मामले से सम्बंधित रिपोर्ट नहीं दर्ज करवाया जा सकता है।
- विकल्प पोर्टल पर शिकायत ऑनलाइन वेबपोर्टल और यूपी पुलिस मोबाइल एप द्वारा दोनों प्मध्यम से की जा सकती है।
- मोबाइल से विकल्प पोर्टल के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए यूपी पुलिस मोबाइल एप स्मार्ट फ़ोन में डाउनलोड करना होगा।
- वेबपोर्टल के माध्यम से विकल्प पोर्टल पर शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए UP Police official website लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में citizen service (नागरिक सेवा) विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
इस पेज में vikalp portal crime against women विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद कैप्त्चा कोड लिखना होगा।
- फिर सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करने पर आपके द्वारा लिखे गए मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटिपी का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा। OTP लिखने के बाद दुसरे पेज में शिकायत दर्ज करने का विकल्प खुल कर आएगा।
- आपको शिकायत बॉक्स में शिकायत लिखना होगा। इसके बाद यदि शिकायत से सम्बन्धित कोई फोटो या दस्तावेज़ या विडियो हो, तो उसे भी फॉर्म में अपलोड करना होगा। इसके बाद सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद दुसरे पेज में शिकायत पत्र का रेफ़रन्स आईडी नंबर लिखकर आएगा। इस नंबर को आपको नोट कर लेना होगा। क्योंकि शिकायत पत्र नंबर के द्वारा आप अपने शिकायत पर पुलिस द्वारा की गयी कार्यवाही की स्थित की जाँच कर सकेंगे।
- शिकायत दर्ज करने के कुछ घंटों के बाद आप शिकायत की स्थिति ऑनलाइन जाँच सकेंगे। इसके लिए फॉर्म के ऊपर दिए शिकायत देखें विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस फॉर्म में जिला, शिकायत पत्र आईडी नंबर, दिनांक और स्टेटस भरने के बाद सर्च विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा। इसके बाद आप अपनी शिकायत की स्थिति से सम्बंधित जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
- यूपी की महिलायें पुलिस की सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1090 पर कॉल कर सकती हैं।
