म.प्र. की नगर उदय अभियान योजना । MP ki Nagar Uday Abhiyan Yojana
मध्य प्रदेश में संचालित ग्रामोदय से भारत उदय योजना के सफल होने के पश्चात मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा प्रदेश के शहरी क्षेत्र में नागरिकों को दी जाने वाली सेवाओं के बेहतर संचालन हेतु नगर उदय अभियान की शुरुआत की गई है। इस योजना का संचालन देश के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री अटल बिहारी बाजपेयी के जन्म दिवस 25 दिसंबर 2016 से किया गया है। योजना के तहत प्रदेश के 378 निकायों में नगर उदय अभियान का कार्य चलेगा। जिसके सफलतापूर्वक संचालन की जिम्मेदारी प्रत्येक जिले के डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट की होगी।
नगर उदय अभियान का उद्देश्य (Nagar Uday Abhiyan ka Uddeshya)
- इस योजना का उद्देश्य नगर के मलिन बस्तियों में निवास कर रहे गरीब नागरिकों के लिए सरकार द्वारा जनहित में जारि योजनाओं से अवगत करवाना है।
- जन कल्याण हेतु संचालित प्रदेश सरकार एवं केन्द्रीय योजनाओं का लाभ जन साधारण को उपलब्ध करवाना है।
- इसके अतिरिक्त शहर में विकास हेतु जारि योजनाओं से नागरिकों को अवगत कराना है।
- सामाजिक संस्थाओं की नगर विकास की योजनाओं में जिम्मेदारी सुनिश्चित करना है।
नगर उदय अभियान का क्रियान्वयन (Nagar Uday Abhiyan ka kriyanvayn)
- इस योजना के सफलतापूर्वक क्रियान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी जिला स्तर पर डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट की होगी।
- निकाय स्तर पर प्रत्येक नगर निकाय के कार्यपालन अधिकारी नगर उदय अभियान के नोडल अधिकारी की भूमिका निभायेंगे।
- वार्ड स्तर पर अभियान के संचालन के लिए दल गठित किये जायेंगे इन दलों में नगरीय निकाय, श्रम, महिला एवं बाल विकास, स्कूल शिक्षा, खाध एवं समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारी शामिल रहेंगे।
- इन दलों द्वारा एक हफ्ते में वार्डों में किये जाने वाले विकास कार्यों की जनसाधारण को जानकारी देना एवं जनहित में जारि विभिन्न सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ नागरिकों तक पहुँचाने का कार्य किया जाएगा।
- योजना का लाभ नगर के प्रत्येक नागरिक को उपलब्ध करवाने के लक्ष्य को पूरा करने हेतु नगर उदय अभियान को तीन चरणों में क्रियान्वित किया जायेगा।
- अभियान का पहला चरण 25 दिसंबर से 28 दिसम्बर 2016 तक, दूसरा चरण 3 जनवरी से 15 जनवरी 2017 तक, तीसरा चरण 20 जनवरी से 5 फरवरी तक जारि रहेगा।
मध्य प्रदेश नगर उदय अभियान के लाभ ( Madhya Pradesh Nagar Uday Abhiyan ke Labh)
- नगरीय क्षेत्र के निम्न आय वर्ग के नागरिको तक सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लाभान्वित करना।
- इस अभियान के दौरान प्रदेश की योजनाओं के साथ हीं केन्द्रीय योजनाओं की जानकारी भी दी जायेगी एवं लाभ के अधिकारी जनसाधारण तक योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने की जानकारी प्रदान की जायेगी।
अभियान के तहत प्रचार के दौरान निम्न सरकारी योजनाओं की प्रमुखता से जानकारी दी जायेगी –
- राष्ट्रिय शहरी आजीविका मिशन
- अमृत योजना
- सुकन्या योजना
- प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना
- अटल पेंशन योजना
- स्वच्छ भारत मिशन
- स्कूल चले हम
- बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ
- प्रधानमंत्री सुरक्षा बीमा योजना
- स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना
- प्रधानमंत्री जनधन योजना
