राशन कार्ड एक सरकारी दस्तावेज़ है। इसका उपयोग सरकारी योजना का लाभ एवं अन्य सरकारी मान्यता प्राप्त डाक्यूमेंट्स बनवाने के लिए पहचान प्रमाण पत्र के रूप में किया जाता है। राशन कार्ड बनवाना सभी नागरिकों के लिए आवश्यक होता है। पहले राशन कार्ड बनवाने के लिए ग्राम पंचायत/नगर पंचायत के चक्कर काटने पड़ते थे। किन्तु डिज़िटल इंडिया की मुहीम को आगे बढाने के क्रम में सरकार द्वारा सभी सरकारी डाक्यूमेंट्स को बनवाने की सुविधा ऑनलाइन शुरू कर दी गयी है। अब सभी राज्यों के नागरिक घर बैठे या निकट के सीएसी केंद्र में जाकर राशन कार्ड के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। हर वर्ष राज्य सरकारे नए राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन स्वीकार करती हैं। इसी क्रंम में हरियाणा राज्य सरकार नए राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन स्वीकार कर रही है। राज्य के इच्छुक नागरिक नए राशन कार्ड के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं। अब राशन कार्ड से अपने राज्य के अतिरिक्त अन्य राज्य में भी राशन प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। जून 2020 से वन नेशन वन राशन कार्ड की सुविधा देश के सभी राज्यों में लागू कर दी गयी है। राशन कार्ड पर मिलने वाले लाभ को प्राप्त करने के लिए राशन कार्ड ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होता है। आइये जाने ऑनलाइन राशन कार्ड से सम्बंधित जानकारी।

हरियाणा राज्य में अन्य राज्यों की भाँति बीपीएल (below poverty line) और एपीएल (above poverty line) की श्रेणी में आने वाले नागरिको को अलग -अलग रंग के राशन कार्ड उपलब्ध कराये जाते हैं।राशन कार्ड के द्वारा सरकार नागरिकों के आर्थिक स्थिति और परिवार के सदस्यों के आधार पर रियायती दरों पर गेहूँ, चावल, चीनी, एलपीजी गैस उपलब्ध करवाती है।
नागरिकों के राशन कार्ड का रंग उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति के आधार पर सुनिश्चित किया जाता है। इसके अतिरिक्त गरीबी रेखा से नीचे की श्रेणी में आने वाले नागरिकों को तीन श्रेणी में विभाजित किया गया है। जैसे – बीपीएल, अन्त्योदय और ओपीएच (अन्य प्राथमिकता घरेलू)।
- गरीबी रेखा से ऊपर की श्रेणी में आने वाले नागरिकों के राशन कार्ड का रंग हरा है।
- बीपीएल श्रेणी के राशन कार्ड का रंग पीला,
- अन्त्योदय राशन कार्ड का रंग गुलाबी
- अन्य प्राथमिकता घरेलू राशन कार्ड का रंग खाकी है।

- नए राशन कार्ड के आवेदन के लिए हरियाणा खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लीक करिए।
- इस पेज में quick link विकल्प के अंतर्गत online ration card विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद हरियाणा अन्त्योदय सरल पोर्टल खुल जाएगा इस वेबपोर्टल पर रजिस्टर करना होगा।
- यदि आप अन्तोदय सरल पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर्ड हैं तो ईमेल आईडी और पासवर्ड की सहायता से लॉग इन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद apply online servicesइंक पर क्लिक करके ऑनलाइन राशन कार्ड फॉर्म भरा जा सकेगा।
- इसके अतिरिक्त नए सदस्य का नाम ऑनलाइन राशन कार्ड में जोड़ा और हटाया जा सकता है।
