राजस्थान के राजकीय शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा 5 अगस्त 2017 को ज्ञान संकल्प पोर्टल लॉन्च किया गया है। इस पोर्टल को तैयार करने का उद्देश्य राज्यकीय विद्यालयों की संरचना में सुधार एवं शिक्षा से सम्बंधित आधारभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए वित्त पोषण की प्रक्रिया को सुविधाजनक बनाना है। इस पोर्टल के जरिये ऑनलाइन भामाशाह एवं उद्योगपति कॉर्पोरेट सोशल रिस्पांसिबिलिटी (CSR) से जुड़करआसानी से राज्यकीय विद्यालयों के विकास में अपना योगदान दे सकेंगे। पोर्टल के माध्यम से दान देने वालों को आयकर की धारा 80 जी के अनुसारआयकर में छूट प्राप्त होगी। विदेशी स्त्रोतो से वित्त पोषण प्राप्त करने के लिए फॉरेन कॉन्ट्रिब्यूशन एक्ट में रजिस्ट्रेशन से सम्बंधित कार्यवाही प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा की जायेगी। यदि आप भी राजस्थान के सरकारी स्कूलों के विकास के लिए अपना योगदान देना चाहते हैं। तो आइये जाने ज्ञान संकल्प पोर्टल से ऑनलाइन किस प्रकार से वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की जा सकती है।

ज्ञान संकल्प पोर्टल के माध्यम से निम्न विकल्पों का प्रयोग करके देश अथवा विदेश का कोई भी भामाशाह /कंपनी / औद्योगिक घराना/संस्था /नागरिक राज्यकीय विद्यालयों के उत्थान में अपना योगदान प्रदान कर सकता है :-
अडॉप्ट ए स्कूल (Adopt a School) – इस विकल्प के जरिये राजस्थान के राज्यकीय विद्यालयों में से किसी एक स्कूल को गोद लिया जा सकता है। गोद लिए गए स्कूल के शैक्षिक संसाधनों के प्रबंधन, विद्यालय भवन की संरचना में सुधार आदि सभी आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति के लिए अपना सहयोग प्रदान कर सकते हैं। इस उद्देश्य की पूर्ति के लिए 5 करोड़ से अधिक का दान दिया जा सकता है।
क्रिएट योर ओन प्रोजेक्ट फॉर स्कूल (Create Your Own Project For School)- इस विकल्प के अंतर्गत राज्य के सरकारी विद्यालयों के विकास के लिए स्वयं की कल्पना के अनुसार परियोजना बनाकर उसका क्रियान्वयन किया जा सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त निम्न में से किसी क्षेत्र से सम्बंधित प्रोजेक्ट तैयार करके अपना सहयोग दिया जा सकता है –
- विद्यालय की प्राथमिक आवश्यकताओं के विकास के लिए।
- विद्यालय की भवन संरचना में सुधार के लिए।
- विद्यालय में शैक्षिक आवश्यकताओं के नए भवन का निर्माण करने के लिए।
- विद्यालय में डिज़िटल क्लासरूम बनाने के लिए।
- छात्राओं की स्पोर्ट्स की गतिविधियों के प्रोत्साहन के लिए अध्या योजना के अंतर्गत परियोजना बनाकर सहयोग प्रदान करना।
- छात्राओं के छात्रावास के लिए भवन निर्माण से सम्बंधित प्रोजेक्ट।
सपोर्ट ए प्रोजेक्ट (Support A Project)- इस विकल्प के अंतर्गत न्यूनतम रु 2000 या इससे अधिक राशि के सहयोग से विद्यालय के विकास से सम्बंधित किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट को पूरा करने में अपना सहयोग प्रदान किया जा सकता है।
डोनेट ए स्कूल (Donate A School)- इस विकल्प के अंतर्गत राज्य के किसी भी सरकारी विद्यालयों में किसी एक को दान के रूप में धनराशि प्रदान की जा सकती है।

- राजस्थान सरकारी विद्यालय के विकास के लिए दान करने के लिए Gyan Sankalp Portal लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- अब रजिस्टर विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने के बाद register me विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड की सहायता से लॉग इन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद donate a school विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर फॉर्म भरने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद पेमेंट के लिए डेबिट कार्ड /क्रेडिट कार्ड /इन्टरनेट बैंकिंग /डेबिट कार्ड+एटीएम पिन /वॉलेट /कैश कार्ड के विकल्प में से किसी एक का चयन करने के बाद पेमेंट करना होगा।
