उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा किसान आसान क़िस्त योजना शुरू की गयी है। योजना के तहत निजी नलकूप का प्रयोग करने वाले विधुत उपभोक्ता किसान बिजली के बकाये बिल का भुगतान किश्तों में कर सकेंगे। ऐसे बिजली उपभोक्ता जिन्हें धारा 5 के तहत बकाये बिजली बिल का भुगतान करने की नोटिस मिली है, वे भी इस योजना का लाभ उठा सकेंगे। योजना का संचालन उत्तर प्रदेश उर्जा विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा। योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए दोनों श्रेणी के बिजली उपभोक्ताओं को 29 फरवरी तक पंजीकरण करवाना अनिवार्य है। योजना में पंजीकृत उपभोक्ता 31 जनवरी 2020 तक के बकाये बिजली बिल पर ब्याज माफ़ी का लाभ उठा सकेंगे।
किसान आसान किश्त योजना में पंजीकृत बिजली उपभोक्ता को बकाये बिजली बिल को 6 आसान किस्तों में चुकाना होगा। प्रतिमाह बकाये बिजली बिल के क़िस्त के साथ हीं वर्तमान महीने का बिजली बिल भी चुकाना होगा। इस प्रकार से 6 महीने में बिजली बिल की बकाये राशि का भुगतान करने पर 31 जनवरी 2020 तक के बकाये बिजली बिल पर सरचार्ज यानि ब्याज माफ़ कर दी जायेगी। योजना का उद्देश्य किसानों को ऋण मुक्त करने का प्रयास है। जिससे वर्ष 2022 तक किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने का लक्ष्य प्राप्त किया जा सके। आइये जाने योजना की अब ताजक की जानकारी।

- किसान उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए।
- धारा 5 के तहत बिजली बिल भुगतान का नोटिस प्राप्त करने वाले बिजली उपभोक्ता भी इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
- न्यायालय में बिजली बिल भुगतान विचाराधीन प्रकरण वाले उपभोक्ता भी योजना के पात्र होंगे।
- योजना का लाभ और ग्रामीण सभी किसान उठा सकेंगे।

- निजी नलकूप उपभोक्ता किसानो को 1 फरवरी से 29 फरवरी 2020 के बीच बकाये बिजली बिल की मूल राशि का 5% या रु 1500 जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा। इसके बाद बकाये बिजली बिल को 6 आसान किश्तों में चुका कर बिजली बिल सरचार्ज माफ़ी का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
- योजना के पात्र किसानों को बकाये बिजली बिल को 6 किश्तों में चुकाना अनिवार्य होगा।
- न्यायालय में बिजली बिल भुगतान विचाराधीन प्रकरण वाले उपभोता को शपथ पत्र देना होगा कि निर्धारित समय में सभी बिजली बिल को भर देंगे।
- यदि किसी कारणवश एक महीने का बिजली बिल नहीं भर पाते हैं। तो अगले महीने दो महीने का बिजली बिल प्लस बकाये बिजली बिल की किश्त भी जमा करना होगा। यदि दूसरे महीने भी उपभोक्ता बिजली बिल जमा करने में असफल रहते है। तो योजना का लाभ नहीं उठ सकेगा।
- यदि किसान समय से पूर्व बिजली बिल की बकाया राशि के सभी किश्तों का भुगतान कर देता है।
- सभी पात्र उपभोक्ताओं को बिजली बिल की बकाया राशि का 5% या रु 1500 और वर्तमान महीने के बिजली बिल का भुगतान 1 से 29 फरवरी 2020 के बीच में जमा करना होगा। तभी बिजली बिल सरचार्ज माफ़ी का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

- योजना में पंजीकरण के लिए पात्र बिजली उभोक्ता को अपने निकट के जन सेवा केंद्र ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है।
- आवेदन के लिए अपना बिजली मीटर नंबर बताना होगा।
- न्यायालय में बिजली बिल भुगतान विचाराधीन प्रकरण वाले उपभोता को शपथ पत्र भी साथ लेकर जाना होगा।
- इसके बाद अपने बकाया बिजली बिल की राशि का 5% या रु 1500 के साथ हीं वर्तमान महीने के बिजली बिल की राशि जमा करवानी होगी।
- ब्लाक अधिकारी अथवा विद्युत् अधिशाषी अभयन्ता कार्यालय में जाकर भी बकाया बिजली बिल की राशि का 5% या रु 1500 के साथ हीं वर्तमान महीने के बिजली बिल की राशि जमा कर सकते हैं।
- इसके बाद 6 किश्तों में बकाया बिजली बिल प्लस प्रतिमाह के बिजली बिल का भुगतान नियमित करना होगा। इसके बाद उपभोक्ता के 31 जनवरी 2020 तक की बकाये बिजली बिल की सरचार्ज राशि को माफ़ कर दिया जाएगा।
- योजना से सम्बंधित सहायता प्राप्त करने के लिए 1912 हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कॉल कर सकते हैं।
