मुख्यमंत्री कौशल विकास मिशन के तहत मध्य प्रदेश में कौशल संवर्धन योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। कौशल संवर्धन योजना के तहत प्रदेश के युवाओं को राष्ट्रिय एवं अंतर्राष्ट्रीय मापदंडो के अनुसार तकनीकी एवं व्यवसायिक प्रसिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा। प्रदेश कौशल विकास मिशन मुख्यमंत्री की अध्यक्षता में राष्ट्रिय मापदंडों के आधार पर राज्य में कौशल विकास कार्यक्रम की कार्य प्रणाली के निर्धारण हेतु नोडल एजेंसी के रुप में कार्य करेगा।
मध्य प्रदेश में युवाओं के कौशल विकास मिशन के तहत भोपाल में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कौशल प्रशिक्षण केंद्र , स्किल पार्क एवं उध्मिता विकास केंद्र इसके अतिरिक्त प्रदेश में पाँच नए पालीटेक्निक तथा इंजीनियरिंग कालेज, 10 आईटीआई और सिंगापुर के सहयोग से ग्लोबल वोकेशनल ट्रेनिंग इंस्टिट्यूट जिसमें 10 हज़ार युवाओं को तकनिकी एवं व्यावसायिक प्रक्षिक्षण दिया जायेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री कौशल संवर्धन योजना का लक्ष्य (Mukhyamantri Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana ka Lakshya)
योजना के तहत 2017-2018 से प्रत्येक्व वर्ष 3 लाख युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा कौशल संवर्धन योजना के अंतर्गत प्रशिक्षण के विभिन्न सेक्टर निम्नलिखित हैं :
कंस्ट्रक्शन, रिटेल, ऑटोमोबाइल, एग्रीकल्चर, आईटी, कम्युनिकेशन, बेकिंग एंड फाइनेंशियल सर्विसेज, ड्राइविंग , ट्रांसपोर्टेशन, लाजिस्टिक, पैकेजिंग , टूरिज्म,इलेक्ट्रॉनिक, अपैरल, टेक्सटाइल , ब्यूटी एंड वैलनेस , फुनितुरे एंड फुर्निशिंग, डोमेस्टिक हेल्प एंड हाउस कीपिंग हेल्थ केयर , रिन्यूएबल एनर्जी एंड और फेब्रिकेशन इन सभी सेक्टरो में मेरिठ के आधार पर ऑनलाइन चयन की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जायेगी।
निम्न वर्ग समूहों के युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है-
- पढ़ाई छोड़ हुए युवा
- कौशल विकास कर स्वरोजगार करने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति
- कामगार जो अपने कौशल का प्रमाण पत्र चाहते हों
- घुमक्कड़ वर्ग के युवा
- नक्सलवाद क्षेत्र के युवा
- महिलाये
ताकि प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से रोजगार उपलब्ध कराया जा सके और प्रदेश में बेरोजगारी पर नियंत्रण करके राज्य को चहुमुखी विकास की और अग्रसित करने के प्रयास में सफलता प्राप्त हो सके।
कौशल संवर्धन योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण हेतु पात्रता (Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana mein Prashikshan hetu Patrta)
- नेशनल स्किल क्वालिफिकेशन फ्रेमवर्क के लिए पाठ्यक्रम के आधार पर निर्धारित न्यूनतम शिक्षा के प्रमाण पत्र की आवश्यकता होगी।
- 15 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के युवक एवं युवती।
- मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी होना अनिवार्य है।
योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (Yojana ke tht Prakshikshan ke liye documents)
- आधार कार्ड नंबर
- प्राप्त शिक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र
- परिवार के आय का प्रमाण पत्र
- निवास प्रमाण पत्र
- जाति प्रमाण पत्र
- दिव्यांगता प्रमाण पत्र (दिव्यांगो के लिए)
मुख्यमंत्री कौशल संवर्धन योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण की अवधि (Mukhyamantri Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana mein Prashikshan ki avdhi)
योजना के तहत विभिन्न सेक्टरों में पाठ्यक्रम के आधार पर प्रशिक्षण की अवधि 15 दिन से लेकर 9 महीने तक की होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री कौशल संवर्धन योजना में ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया ( Mukhyamantri Kaushal Samvardhan Yojana mein Online registration)
- मध्य प्रदेश राज्य कौशल विकास और रोजगार जेनरेशन बोर्ड के वेबसाइट पर जाने के लिए MPSSDEGB लिंक का प्रयोग करिए।
- इस पेज में दिए विकल्प उम्मीदवार पंजीयन पर किल्क करना होगा।
- पंजीयन फॉर्म में अभ्यार्थी को अपना आधार नंबर भरना आवश्यक है। इसके बाद सभी सूचनाये लिखने के बाद दिए हए सिक्यूरिटी कोड को लिखने के बाद सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद योजना के तहत प्रशिक्षण हेतु ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जायेगी।
