Overview:

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has announced the VITEEE 2018 result in online mode on April 27. VITEEE result 2018 (VIT Result) has been declared only for those candidates who have appeared in the engineering entrance test for B.Tech admission held from April 4 to 15.

In order to check their result of VITEEE 2018, candidates need to enter their VITEEE application number and date of birth. Through VITEEE 2018 result (VIT Result 2018), candidates will be able to check their score and rank secured in the entrance test.  Candidates are also be informed about their ranks on their registered email ID once the VITEEE result 2018. After the declaration of VITEEE 2018 result, candidates will be called for participating in the counselling and seat allotment.

How to Check VITEEE 2018 Result?

The only procedure to check the result of VITEEE is online, from the official website. Other than that, the University will not send the score or the rank to you. Steps to check the VITEEE 2018 Result are as follows:

• Firstly, you will have to click on the official website.
• The  vit.ac.in result 2018 link will lead to the result portal.
• To access the VITEEE 2018 result, you will have to enter Application Number and Date of Birth.
• You will also have to tick on “I’m not a robot” box and then click on the “Submit” button.
• As soon as you will click on the submit button, the result will appear.

VITEEE Cut Off 2018

• The first 20,000 rank holders will be called for Phase-1 of counselling starting from May 2018. 
• VIT University uses equating methodology for calculating candidate’s marks.
• Candidates who score 118 and above marks will  fall between 1-250 rank range.
• Candidates with less than 31 marks will have an expected rank of 20,000 or below.

VITEEE Counselling 2018

The counselling of VITEEE 2018 will be conducted in 2 phases wherein qualifying candidates will be called in to participate in the procedure as per their ranks. The first phase of counselling will be conducted from May 9 to 11, 2018. Qualified Candidates are called on different days as per different ranks. While participating in the counselling procedure of VITEEE 2018, candidates will have to pay the counselling/admission fee and get their documents verified.
