आजकल उत्तर प्रदेश में रोज़गार मेला चल रहा है। प्रदेश के सेवायोजन विभाग के अंतर्गत रोज़गार मेला के जरिये बेरोजगार युवाओं को रोज़गार के अवसर प्रदान किये जातें हैं। प्रदेश में सेवायोजन विभाग के अंतर्गत 90 सेवायोजन कार्यालय कार्यरत हैं। प्रशिक्षण एवं सेवायोजन विभाग द्वारा संचालित सेवायोजन कार्यालय का उद्देश्य निजी एवं सरकारी कंपनियों में रिक्त पदों के आधार पर सेवायोजन कार्यालय में पजिकृत बेरोजगार अभ्यर्थियों को उनकी क़ाबलियत तथा रूचि के अनुरूप रोज़गार उपलब्ध करना है। प्रदेश के लगभग सभी जिलों में त्रिदिवसीय रोज़गार मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है।
रोज़गार मेला क्या है (Rozgar Mela kya Hai):
प्रदेश के प्रत्येक जिले में कार्यरत सेवायोजन कार्यालय द्वारा प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों एवं कार्यालय में पंजीकृत बेरोजगार अभ्यार्थियों को एक स्थान पर एकत्रित करके रोज़गार मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है। जिसमें नियोजक को अपनी आवश्यकता अनुसार बेरोजगार युवाओं का चयन करने की स्वंत्रता मिलती है, एवं अभ्यर्थियों को भी अपने इच्छानुसार कम्पनी तथा रोज़गार चयन करने की स्वतंत्रता प्राप्त होती है। बेरोजगार अभ्यार्थी जिलेवार सेवायोजन कार्यालय में पंजीकरण करवाकर रोज़गार मेले में अपनी योग्यता एवं रूचि के अनुसार कम्पनी में रोज़गार प्राप्त कर सकतें हैं।
उत्तर प्रदेश रोज़गार मेले- 2018 का लक्ष्य (Uttar Pradesh Rozgar Mele-2018 ka Lakshy):
प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में रोज़गार मेले के आयोजन के माध्यम से वर्ष 2018 में 50,000 बेरोजगार अभ्यार्थियों को रोज़गार उपलब्ध करने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
रोज़गार मेला का उद्देश्य (Rozgar Mela ka Uddeshy):
प्रदेश में रोज़गार मेले के आयोजन का उद्देश्य प्रदेश के आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग /अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं विकलांग बेरोजगार अभ्यार्थियों के रोज़गार में हिस्सेदारी को बढ़ाना है। समाज के निर्बल वर्ग को अधिक से अधिक रोज़गार उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य की पूर्ति हेतु , सेवायोजन कार्यालय द्वारा प्रत्येक जिले में अभ्यर्थियों को टाइपिंग, कंप्यूटर, भाषा, सचिवीय पद्धति, सामान्य ज्ञान आदि के प्रशिक्षण प्रदान करने तथा करियर काउंसलिंग की व्यवस्था किया जाता है। जिसके माध्यम से अभ्यर्थी को अपनी रूचि एवं क़ाबलियत के अनुसार रोज़गार प्राप्त करने में सहायता मिलती है।
रोज़गार प्राप्त करने की पात्रता (Rozgar Prapt karne ki Patrta):
- अभ्यार्थी का उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी होना आवश्यकत है।
- उत्तर प्रदेश रोज़गार मेले में रोज़गार प्राप्त करने के लिए अपने जिले के सेवायोजन कार्यालय में पंजीकरण कराना आवश्यक है।
- अभ्यार्थी का बेरोजगार होना आवश्यक है।
- इस योजना का लाभ हाईस्कूल, इन्टरमीडिएट, स्नातक, परास्नातक एवं आईटीआई की योग्यता वाले अभ्यार्थी भाग ले सकतें हैं।
रोज़गार मेले में रोज़गार प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया (Rozgar Mele mein Rozgar Prapt karne ki Prakriya) :
उत्तर प्रदेश रोजगार मेले में हिस्सा लेने के लिए बेरोजगार अभ्यार्थी को अपने जिले के सेवायोजन पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करवाना होता है। इसी प्रकार रोज़गार मेले में हिस्सा लेने के इच्छुक कम्पनियों को भी सेवायोजन पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण करवाना होता है। पंजीकृत कम्पनियाँ अपने संसथान के रिक्त पदों से सम्बंधित जानकारी सेवा पोर्टल पर अपलोड करतीं हैं। इन रिक्त पदों की योग्यता एवं कौशल के आधार पर जिन अभ्यार्थियों की प्रोफाइल मैच करती है। उन्हें ऑनलाइन ईमेल भेज दिया जाता है- कि आपकी योग्यता अनुसार रिक्त पदों की जानकारी सेवायोजन पोर्टल पर अपलोड कर दी गयी है। आप पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर आवेदन कर सकते हैं। कम्पनी के नियोजक द्वारा आवेदन किये हुए अभ्यार्थियों में से शोर्ट लिस्ट अभ्यार्थियों की सूचि पोर्टल पर अपलोड कर दिया जाता है। तत्पश्चात सेवायोजन कार्यालय द्वारा शोर्ट लिस्टेड अभ्यार्थियों को रोज़गार मेले में आमंत्रित करने हेतु इमेल भेज दिया जाता है। मेले में रोज़गार हेतु चयनित अभ्यार्थियों के नाम नियोजक द्वारा सेवायोजन पोर्टल अपलोड कर दिया जाता है।
