कोरोना महामारी संकट के कारण विभिन्न प्रदेशों के प्रवासी श्रमिक अपने -अपने प्रदेश को लौट रहें है। इसकी मूल वजह लॉक डाउन के कारण काम -धंधे का बंद हो जाना है। जिसके कारण इन प्रवासी श्रमिकों के सामने पेट भरने की समस्या पैदा हो गयी है। नागरिकों की राशन की समस्या को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा 1 जून 2020 से पूरे देश में वन नेशन वन राशन कार्ड योजना को लागू कर दिया गया है। अब किसी भी प्रदेश के राशन कार्ड से देश के सभी राज्यों में राशन का लाभ प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा। इससे प्रवासी कामगार जिस भी प्रदेश में हों, अपने प्रदेश के राशन कार्ड से सस्ते राशन का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। राशन कार्ड पर मिलने वाले राशन का लाभ गरीबी रेखा से नीचे के परिवारों को हीं प्राप्त होगा।
राज्य सरकारों द्वारा नए राशन कार्ड के आवेदन को स्वीकार करना शुरू कर दिया गया है। इसी क्रम में उत्तर प्रदेश के खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग द्वारा नए राशन कार्ड के आवेदन की प्रक्रिया को शुरू कर दिया गया है। कोरोना महामारी संकट की वजह से प्रदेश में लौटे प्रवासी श्रमिकों, राज्य के शहरी क्षेत्र के नागरिकों और ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के नागरिकों के लिए अलग – अलग फॉर्म जारी किया गया है। जिन नागरिकों के पास पुराना राशन कार्ड हैं, उन्हें नए राशन कार्ड के लिए आवेदन करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। एक राष्ट्र एक राशन कार्ड योजना लागू होने पर भी पुराना राशन कार्ड प्रयोग किया जा सकेगा। योजना में आवेदन ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों माध्यम से किया जा सकता है।आइये जाने नए राशन कार्ड आवेदन की जानकारी।
UP Ration Card Eligibility उत्तर प्रदेश राशन कार्ड पात्रता
- उत्तर प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक परिवार गरीबी रेखा से नीचे की श्रेणी (बीपीएल) का होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए।

- परिवार के सभी सदस्य का आधार कार्ड होना आवश्यक है।
- मोबाइल नंबर होना चाहिए।
- निवास प्रमाण पत्र।
- आवेदक का रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो।
UP Ration Card Application Process उत्तर प्रदेश राशन कार्ड आवेदन प्रक्रिया
- ऑनलाइन राशन कार्ड आवेदन करने के लिए निकट के जन सेवा केंद्र (CSC) पर जाना होगा।
- आवेदन के लिए जाते वक्त सभी आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स के साथ परिवार के मुखिया महिला को जाना होगा।
- जनसुविधा केंद्र के कर्मचारी द्वारा ऑनलाइन राशन कार्ड फॉर्म भरने की प्रक्रिया पूरी की जायेगी। इसके बाद आवेदन पत्र की रसीद प्रदान की जायेगी।
- आवेदन पत्र पावती रसीद को तहसील में मौजूद फ़ूड सप्लाई ऑफिसर के पास जमा करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आवेदन फॉर्म की जानकारी और आवेदक के डाक्यूमेंट्स की जाँच की जायेगी।
- पात्र आवेदक को फ़ूड सप्लाई विभाग के अधिकारी द्वारा राशन कार्ड जारी करने की सूचना मोबाइल नंबर पर भेज दी जायेगी। राशन कार्ड जारी होने में लगभग 30 दिन का समय लग जाता है।
- ऑफलाइन राशन कार्ड आवेदन के लिए खाद्य एवं रसद विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में डाउनलोड फॉर्म विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आवेदन पत्र विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर शहरी क्षेत्र के आवेदकों को नगरीय क्षेत्र , ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के नागरिकों को ग्रामीण क्षेत्र और प्रवासी कामगारों को प्रवासी श्रमिक आवेदन पत्र डाउनलोड करना होगा। इसके बाद फॉर्म का प्रिंट आउट निकाल कर भरना होगा।
- आवेदन पत्र भरने के बाद सभी आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स और रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो संलग्न करके तहसील में मौजूद फ़ूड सप्लाई अधिकारी के पास जमा करना होगा। इसके बाद प्राप्त रसीद को सुरक्षित रखना होगा। आवेदन पत्र रसीद संख्या की सहायता से आवेदन की स्थिति जाँची जा सकेगी।
