उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ द्वारा प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रोज़गार के अवसर बढ़ाने तथा गाँव के शिक्षित युवाओं का शहर की ओर पलायन रोकने के लिए एक नयी योजना मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। इस योजना के तहत गाँव के शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं, सरकारी सेवा निवृत जिनकी आयु 50 वर्ष से ज्यादा न हो,महिलाओं को गाँव में हीं स्वरोजगार शुरू करने के रूपए 10 लाख तक का ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जायेगा। इस योजना में आवेदन की अंतिम तारीख 31 मई 2018 निर्धारित की गई है। यह प्रारंभ होने की तिथि से 5 वर्ष के लिए शुरू की गई है। तो यदि आप उत्तर प्रदेश में रहने वाले शिक्षित बेरोजगार हैं और अपना स्वरोजगार करने की सोच रहें हैं। तो उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना में आवेदन करने की जानकारी आइये जानते हैं इस लेख के माध्यम से :
उ.प्र. मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना का उद्देश्य (UP Mukhyamantri gramoudyog yojana ka uddeshy):
गाँव के शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवाओं को गाँव में रोज़गार के अवसर उपलब्ध करवाना। जिससे युवा गाँव से शहर के लिए पलायन को मजबूर न हों। इस योजना के द्वारा शहर की भांति गाँव में रोज़गार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे जिससे बेरोज़गारी कम होगी और गाँव की भी तरक्की होगी। इस योजना के माध्यम से ग्रामवासियों को अपने गाँव में हीं उपलब्ध कच्चे माल के आधार पर स्वरोजगार हेतु उद्योग लगाने के लिए ऋण दिया जायेगा।
उ.प्र. मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना के लिए पात्रता (UP Mukhyamantri gramoudyog rozgar yojana hetu ptrta):
- आवेदक की आयु 18 वर्ष से 50 वर्ष के बीच होने चाहिए।
- शिक्षित बेरोजगार युवक /युवती जिनकी सरकारी सेवा की आयु समाप्त हो गयी हो।
- एस.जी.एस.वाई. एवं सरकार की अन्य योजना के अंतर्गत प्रशिषित अभ्यार्थी।
- आईटीआई एवं पॉलिटेक्निक द्वारा तकनिकी प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त युवक/युवती को प्राथमिकता दिया जायेग।
- स्वरोजगार की इच्छा रखने वाले कारीगर /महिलाएं ।
- व्यावसायिक शिक्षा (102) के तहत ग्रामोद्योग विषय से उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी।
- रोज़गार के लिए सेवायोजन विभाग में पंजीकृत अभ्यर्थी।
- उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी होना अनिवार्य है।
- ऐसी किसी अन्य योजना का लाभ पहले न लिया हो।
योजना के लाभ हेतु प्राथमिकता का आधार (yojana ke labh hetu prathmikta ka aadhar):
- मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना में ऋण का लाभ 50% अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति एवं अन्य पिछड़ी जाति के अभ्यर्थीयों को दिया जायेगा।
- इस योजना के तहत चयनित योग्य लाभार्थियों को गाँव में सुलभ कच्चा माल के आधार पर निर्धारित उद्योग में से उद्योग की इकाई का चयन करना होगा।
- गाँव के निवासियों के दैनिक उपयोग की वस्तु से सम्बंधित उद्योग लगाने को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
योजना के लाभ (Yojana ke labh) :
- उ.प्र. मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना के तहत अनुसूचित जाति/जनजाति/ पिछड़ी जाति /विकलांग /भूतपूर्व सैनिक एवं महिलाओं को ऋण पर ब्याज नहीं देना होगा।
- सामान्य वर्ग के पुरुष लाभार्थियों को ऋण की राशि पर 4% ब्याज देना होगा
- योजना के अंतर्गत आरक्षित वर्ग को प्रोजेक्ट की लागत का 5% धनराशि अपने पास से और सामान्य वर्ग के पुरुष को योजना लागत का 10% अंश अपने पास से लगाना होगा।
कौन से उद्योग के लिए मिलेगा ऋण (Kaun se udyog ke liye rin prapt hoga):
- सोलर चरखा उद्योग
- कागज़ उद्योग
- बिजली की वायरिंग एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरणों की रिपेयरिंग / डीजल पम्प की मरम्मत
- बढ़ईगिरी/ लोहारी
- कागज़ के गिलास / डिब्बे /प्लेट
- चाय की दूकान / ढाबा /बैंड मण्डली
- चावल से छिलका उतारने की इकाई
- अगरबत्ती /साबुन
- पत्थरों की कटाई / नक्काशी
- अनाज /मसाला की पैकिंग आदि
उ.प्र. मुख्यमंत्री ग्रामोद्योग रोज़गार योजना में आवेदन (UP Mukhyamantri Gramoudyog Rozgar Yojana mein Aavedan) :
- योजना के तहत 27 जून से 2 जुलाई तक निश्चित तारीख के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश के गावों में कैंप लगाकर ग्रामोद्योग के सरकारी कर्मचारी द्वारा फॉर्म भरवाने, प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट बनाने आदि योजना से सम्बंधित कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
- 27 जून 2018 को विधवा/ तलाकशुदा/ अनाथ / निराश्रित जन के लिए कैंप लगाया जाएगा।
- 28 जून को रूपए 1 लाख तक ऋण लेने वालों के लिए कैंप लगाया जाएगा।
- 29 जून को 2 लाख रूपए तक के ऋण के लिए कैंप।
- 30 जून को 5 लाख रूपए तक के ऋण लिए कैंप।
- 1 जुलाई को 7 लाख रूपए ऋण लेने वालों के लिए कैंप।
- 2 जुलाई को 10 लाख रूपए तक ऋण लेने वालों के लिए कैंप का आयोजन किया जाएगा।
