UP Govt Subsidy Scheme for Agricultural Equipment 2020-21 उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि यंत्रों पर सब्सिडी योजना 2020-21
सब मिशन ऑन एग्रीकल्चरल मैकनाइजेशन योजना के तहत किसान भाई /बहनों को कृषि यंत्रों की खरीद पर अनुदान दिया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में उत्तर प्रदेश की सरकार पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर कृषि उपकरण पर सब्सिडी वितरित कर रही है। योजना के तहत कृषि यंत्रों पर सब्सिडी 15 जुलाई 2020 से निर्धारित लक्ष्य की सीमा तक जेनेरेट की जायेगी। इसके बाद एक प्रतीक्षा सूचि विभाग द्वारा तैयार की जायेगी। सब्सिडी के लिए चयनित किसानों में से यदि कोई किसान सब्सिडी का लाभ नहीं लेता है। इस दशा में प्रतीक्षा सूचि में क्रम के अनुसार किसानों को सब्सिडी का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए किसान का http://upagriculture.com/ पर पंजीकरण होना अनिवार्य है। जो किसान पहले से पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत नहीं हैं, उन्हें अपना आधार कार्ड, बैंक खाते के पासबुक की फोटोकॉपी, भूमि के दस्तावेज़ और मोबाइल नंबर के साथ अपने विकासखंड के राजकीय बीज भंडार प्रभारी या जिले के कृषि निर्देशक कार्यालय में जाकर पजीकरण करना होगा। इसके बाद उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि विभाग पोर्टल पर टोकन जेनेरेट करना होगा। आइये जाने योजना की विस्तृत जानकारी।

- उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि विभाग पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत किसान कृषि यंत्रों पर सब्सिडी के लिए ऑनलाइन टोकन निकाल सकेंगे। जिन किसान भाई /बहन ऑनलाइन वेबपोर्टल पर पंजीकृत नहीं हैं, उन्हें योजना के तहत पहले आओ पहले पाओ सब्सिडी योजना में भाग लेने के लिए अपने जिले के कृषि निर्देशक कार्यालय में जाकर पंजीकृत करवाना होगा।
- यंत्रों पर सब्सिडी प्राप्त करने के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि विभाग वेबपोर्टल पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में यंत्र पर अनुदान हेतु टोकन निकाले विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद यंत्र हेतु टोकन जेनरेट करें विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद नया टोकन जेनरेट करने के लिए फॉर्म भरना होगा। फॉर्म में किसान पंजीकरण नंबर लिखना होगा और अपने जनपद के नाम का चयन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद कृषि यंत्र का चयन करने के बाद आगे बढ़े विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटिपी का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा।
- ओटिपी से पंजीकृत किसान की प्रमाणिकता सत्यापित होने के बाद टोकन जेनरेट होगा।
Process of Obtaining Subsidy on Agricultural Equipment कृषि यंत्रों पर सब्सिडी प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया
- टोकन जनरेट होने के बाद बैंक में धनराशी जमा करने के लिए चालान फॉर्म प्राप्त होगा।
- फॉर्म में दी गयी जमानत धनराशि अपने निकट के यूनियन बैंक की शाखा में निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर जमा करना होगा।
- जमानत धनराशी का चालान यूनियन बैंक में जमा करने के 45 दिन के अन्दर कृषि यंत्र खरीदना होगा।
- फिर बिल को कृषि विभाग वेबपोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन अपलोड करना होगा या अपने जनपद के उप कृषि निर्देशक कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा।
- इसके बाद किसान द्वारा कृषि यंत्र खरीदे जाने का सत्यापन करने के बाद डायरेक्ट डेबिट ट्रान्सफर (DBT) के माध्यम से लाभार्थी किसान के बैंक खाते में सब्सिडी की धनराशि हस्तांतरित की जायेगी।
