Soil Health Card Scheme मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड योजना
प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के मिशन किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के अभियान के तहत मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड योजना शुरू की गयी है। इस योजना की शुरुआत वर्ष 2015-16 के दौरान देश के सभी राज्यों में शुरू की गयी है। यह योजना केन्द्रीय कृषि मंत्रालय द्वारा संचालित की गयी है। जिसे प्रत्येक राज्य /केंद्र शासित राज्य के कृषि विभाग द्वारा क्रियान्वित किया जाएगा। योजना के तहत प्रत्येक 3 वर्ष में 14 करोड़ मृदा हेल्थ कार्ड तैयार करने के लिए 253 लाख साइल नमूनों के परिक्षण का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया जाता है। वर्ष 2019-20 के अंतर्गत अभी तक 13.53 लाख मृदा कार्ड (soil health card) किसानों को वितरित किया जा चुका है।
योजना का उद्देश्य कृषि भूमि की उर्वरक क्षमता बढ़ाने, और मिटटी की गुणवत्ता के अनुसार फसल की उपज का निर्धारण करने के लिए साइल के नमूनों की जाँच करना है। ताकि किसानो को उनकी कृषि भूमि की सेहत का ज्ञान प्राप्त हो सके। जिसके आधार पर खाद और बीज के उपयोग के द्वारा फसल की उपज में वृद्धि हो सके। इस योजना का नारा है “स्वास्थ्य धरा, खेत हरा” ।राज्य के कृषि विभाग के स्टाफ द्वारा किसानों की भूमि की मिटटी के नमूने एकत्रित करने का कार्य किया जाता है। इसके बाद लैब में कृषि विश्वविद्यालय के छात्रों की मदद से मृदा परिक्षण करने के बाद भूमि के पोषक तत्वों, फसल की उपज से सम्बंधित जानकारी का ब्यौरा तैयार किया जाता है। फिर किसान के नाम से टैग करके ऑनलाइन साइल हेल्थ कार्ड पोर्टल पर अपलोड की जाती है। किसान भाई ऑनलाइन साइल हेल्थ कार्ड डाउनलोड कर सकते हैं। आइये जाने ऑनलाइन साइल हेल्थ कार्ड डाउनलोड करने की जानकरी।

मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड (soil health card) कृषि भूमि की मिटटी के जाँच की प्रिंटेड रिपोर्ट होती है इस कार्ड में किसान की कृषि भूमि के पोषक तत्वों से सम्बंधित सभी जानकारी अंकित होगी इसके अतिरिक्त खेत के लिए फसल के चुनाव और कृषि भूमि के पोषक तत्वों में सुधार से सम्बंधित विवरण भी अंकित होगा जिसके आधार पर किसान अपनी भूमि की उर्वरक क्षमता बेहतर कर सकेंगे मिटटी की प्रकृति के अनुसार फसक्ल की बुवाई करके फसल की पैदावार में वृद्धि कर सकेंगे

- साइल हेल्थ कार्ड डाउनलोड करने के लिए लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में लॉग इन विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद यदि पोर्टल पर रजिस्टर्ड नहीं हैं तो new user register विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म भरने के बाद सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर लॉग इन विकल्प पर क्लिक करके यूजर नेम और पासवर्ड की सहायता से पोर्टल पर लॉग इन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद अपने स्टेट के नाम का चयन करना होगा।
- फिर मृदा नमूने की संख्या, नाम, कृषि भूमि का क्षेत्रफल, भाषा आदि दर्ज करने के बाद search विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब आप साइल हेल्थ कार्ड देख और प्रिंट कर सकेंगे।
Soil Health Card Scheme Benefits मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड योजना से लाभ
मर्दा हेल्थ कार्ड योजना के तहत जहाँ किसानों को फसल की उपज बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी, वहीँ ग्रामीण युवाओं को रोजगार के साधन भी प्राप्त होंगे। इस योजना के तहत 18 -40 वर्ष के ग्रामीण युवा, स्वयं सहायता समूह, सहकारी समितियाँ, कृषक समूह, कृषक उत्पादक संगठन मृदा परिक्षण लैब खोल सकते हैं। लैब स्थापित करने में रु 5 लाख तक की लागत आती है। ऋण का 75% भाग केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार वहन करती हैं।
