केंद्र सरकार द्वारा कृषि फसल के उत्पादन को बढ़ाने के लिए आधुनिक कृषि यंत्रों के उपयोग को प्रोत्साहन हेतु सब – मिशन ऑन एग्रीकल्चरल मेकेनैजेशन योजना (SMAM Scheme) शुरू की गयी है। योजना का उद्देश्य लघु और सीमांत किसानों को कृषि यंत्र खरीदने में सब्सिडी का लाभ प्रदान करना है। इसके अतिरिक्त उत्तरी -पूर्वी पर्वर्तीय क्षेत्रों के किसानों को कृषि यंत्र खारीदाने में सब्सिडी प्रदान करना है। उत्तरी -पूर्वी पर्वतीय राज्यों में स्माम योजना के उपकरण लागत का तहत सब्सिडी में 50 से 80 प्रतिशत तक सब्सिडी प्रदान की जाती है। योजना के तहत लाभार्थी किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि उपकरण के प्रयोग का प्रदर्शन कृषि क्षेत्र में करके सिखाया जाता है। सब – मिशन ऑन एग्रीकल्चरल मेकेनैजेशन योजना के तहत कृषि उपकरण खरीदने पर अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति/ अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग और महिला किसानों को सब्सिडी का विशेष लाभ प्राप्त होगा। योजना में आवेदन ऑनलाइन करने के लिए Direct Debit Transfer In Agriculture Mechanization वेबपोर्टल पर आवेदक किसान को रजिस्टर करना होगा।आइये जाने योजना में ऑनलाइन आवेदन की जानकारी।

- पहचान प्रमाण पत्र के तौर पर आधार कार्ड
- आवेदक किसान के कृषि भूमि के दस्तावेज
- आवेदक किसान के नाम के बैंक खाते के पासबुक के पहले पेज की फोटोकॉपी
- पासपोर्ट साइज़ वर्तमान की फोटो
- ews/sc/st/obc श्रेणी के आवेदको को जाति प्रमाण पत्र आवेदन फॉर्म में अपलोड करना होगा।

- कृषि यंत्र पर सब्सिडी का लाभ प्राप्त करने हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन करना होगा। किसान स्वयं या अपने निकट के जन सेवा केंद्र से ऑनलाइन योजना में आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए स्माम योजना के अंतर्गत रजिस्टर्ड डीलर से हीं कृषि उपकरण क्रय करना होगा। योजना के तहत रजिस्टर्ड डीलर्स की लिस्ट देखने के लिए लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने के लिए Direct Debit Transfer in agricultural mechanization वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में registration विकल्प के अतर्गत farmer पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर स्टेट, डिस्ट्रिक्ट और मोबाइल नंबर लिखकर submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म में एड्रेस, किसान की श्रेणी, किसान के प्रकार, ईमेल आईडी, मोबाइल नंबर, आधार कार्ड नंबर, पैन कार्ड नंबर आदि लिखना होगा।
- आवेदक को आधार कार्ड में लिखे नाम और मोबाइल नंबर हीं आवेदन फॉर्म में भरना आवश्यक होगा।
- इसके बाद कृषि यंत्र क्रय की रसीद के साथ हीं सभी आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स अपलोड करना होगा।
- आवेदक किसान को कृषि उपकरण का की कीमत का भुगतान ऑनलाइन RTGS/NEFT, बैंक चेक/बैंक ड्राफ्ट या नकद भुगतान किया जा सकता है। यदि कैश पेमेंट किया जाता है, तो दूकानदार को उपकरण की कैश रिसीप्ट पोर्टल पर अपलोड करनी होगी। यदि आवेदक किसान कृषि यंत्र की क्रय मूल्य का भुगतान व्यक्तिगत चेक / बैंक ड्राफ्ट से करता है, तो क्रय रसीद की प्रमाणिकता के लिए विक्रेता/किसान को बैंक अकाउंट स्टेटमेंट अपलोड करना होगा।
- अंत में Add application विकल्प पर क्लिक करके आवेदन फॉर्म सबमिट करना होगा।
- इसके बाद योजना के अंतर्गत किसान की पात्रता की जाँच कृषि कार्यालय के अध्यक्ष द्वारा सत्यापित करने के बाद पात्र किसानों को सब्सिडी का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।
