राजस्थान की मुख्यमंत्री वसुंधरा राजे द्वारा प्रदेश में सुशासन कायम करने तथा जनसाधारण को सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ नियमित समय पर प्राप्त करने में असुविधाओं का सामना करने की समस्या के निराकरण हेतु अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करने के लिए ऑनलाइन वेब पोर्टल तथा हेल्पलाइन टोल फ्री नंबर- 181 का शुभारम्भ किया गया है।
इस योजना के तहत आम नागरिक सरकारी विभागों में कर्मचारियों के लापरवाही के कारण बार- बार कार्यालय के चक्कर काटने, बिजली, पानी, सड़क, शिक्षा, विद्यालय, कार्यालय, शौचालय एवं भूमि विवाद आदि समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु राजस्थान संपर्क हेल्पलाइन योजना के तहत वेब पोर्टल एवं टोल फ्री नंबर-181 के निशुल्क सेवा का संचालन किया गया है।
अब राजस्थान की जनता केवल एक फ़ोन कॉल के माध्यम से किसी भी सरकारी विभाग या निजी समस्याओं के निवारण हेतु तुरंत सहायता प्राप्त कर सकती है।
राजस्थान संपर्क हेल्पलाइन योजना क्या है (Rajasthan Sampark Helpline Yojana kya Hai):
इस योजना के माध्यम से अब राजस्थान की जनता किसी भी सरकारी विभाग से सम्बंधित शिकायत एवं समस्या के निवारण हेतु बिना सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर काटे, एक फ़ोन कॉल के माध्यम से या घर बैठे ऑनलाइन राजस्थान संपर्क वेब पोर्टल के माध्यम से सरकारी अधिकारियों तक या सीधे मुख्यमंत्री तक अपनी समस्यायों को पहुंचा सकती है। इस वेब पोर्टल पर जनसाधारण के समस्या निवारण हेतु निम्नलिखित सुविधाएँ उपलब्ध है:
- पंचायत समिति एवं प्रत्येक जिला के संपर्क केन्द्रों पर निशुल्क रूप से जनसाधारण हेतु अपनी समस्या निवारण शिकायत दर्ज करने की सुविधा।
- घर बैठे अपनी शिकायत सम्बंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों तक पहुंचाने की सुविधा।
- सिटिज़न कॉल सेंटर पर टोल फ्री नंबर-181 के माध्यम से अपनी शिकायतों को दर्ज कराने एवं निवारण की सूचना प्राप्त करने की निशुल्क सुविधा।
- स्मार्ट फ़ोन पर राजस्थान संपर्क योजना की एप्लीकेशन डाउनलोड करने की सुविधा।
- अपनी ऑनलाइन दर्ज शिकायत का समुचित समाधान न होने पर प्रत्येक महीने के निर्धारित गुरुवार को संबधित विभाग के साथ व्यक्तिगत सुनवाई की सुविधा निम्नलिखित स्तरों पर निर्धारित किया गया है :
- पंचायत समिति स्तरीय सुनवाई उपखंड अधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में राजस्थान संपर्क केंद्र पर महीने के प्रथम गुरूवार को।
- पंचायत समिति स्तरीय सुनवाई से संतुष्ट न होने पर जिला स्तरीय राजस्थान संपर्क केंद्र पर जिला कलेक्टर की अध्यक्षता में महीने के दूसरे गुरूवार को समस्या निवारण हेतु सुनवाई की सुविधा।
- जिला स्तर पर सुनवाई से संतुष्ट न होने पर चुने हुए मामलों की शिकायत के निवारण हेतु राज्य स्तर पर सुनवाई की सुविधा।
ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करते समय ध्यान देने योग्य बिंदु(ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करते समय ध्यान देने योग्य बिंदु):
- अपनी शिकायत सम्बन्धी सूचना का पूर्ण विवरण बिन्दुओं में लिखना है।
- अपना शिकायत दर्ज करते वक्त फॉर्म में अपना मोबाइल न./पहचान न. (आधार न.) लिखना अनिवार्य है। ताकि समस्या से संबधित सूचना sms के द्वारा भेजा जा सके।
- यदि पहले कभी शिकायत दर्ज किया है, तो उसके सन्दर्भ का विवरण देना अनिवार्य है।
- शिकायत से सम्बंधित समस्या की श्रेणी लिखना अनिवार्य है जैसे -निजी, सार्वजानिक अथवा सरकारी राज्य कर्मचारी से सम्बंधित है।
- अपने शिकायत संबधी फॉर्म की संख्या नोट करके अपने पास रख लें जिससे आगे की कारवाई में उपयोग किया जा सके।
- अपने शिकायत संबधी दस्तावेज़ को प्रिंटर से स्कैन करते वक्त सेटिंग में आउटपुट रिसोलूशन (ppi) 150 पर स्कैन करना है। ताकि दस्तावेज़ का फोटो प्रिंट साफ़ नज़र आये।
- न्यायलय में विचाराधीन मामलों की शिकायत दर्ज इस पोर्टल के माध्यम से नहीं करना है।
- सुचना एवं अधिकार से सम्बन्धी शिकायत नहीं दर्ज करना है।

- शिकायत दर्ज करने हेतु आपको इस योजना के वेब पोर्टल राजस्थान संपर्क पर जाना होगा। वेब पोर्टल पेज का फोटो देखिये नीचे:
- इस पेज पर दिए विकल्प शिकायत दर्ज करें पर क्लिक करना है। फिर जो पेज खुलेगा उसमें दिए विकल्प Register Grievance पर क्लिक करना है।
- इसके बाद पेज खुलेगा उसमें अपना नाम, मोबाइल नंबर,शिकायत एवं शिकायत से सम्बंधित दस्तावेज़ संलग्न करने के बाद दिए विकल्प Submit पर क्लिक करना है। पेज की फोटो देखिये नीचे :
- सबमिट पर क्लिक करने के बाद फॉर्म का दूसरा भाग खुल जायेगा। इस भाग को पूरा भरने के बाद फिर से नीचे दिए विकल्प submit पर क्लिक करने पर आपकी शिकायत दर्ज हो जाएगी। इस पेज की फोटो देखिये नीचे:
ऑनलाइन शिकायत की स्थिति जाँच करने के लिए लेख में ऊपर दिए हुए राजस्थान संपर्क लिंक पर क्लिक करने के बाद पेज पर दिए विकल्प शिकायत की स्थिति देखें पर क्लिक करिए। जो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे:
- इस पेज में अपना मोबाइल नंबर /grievance id लिखने के बाद दिए हुए टेक्स्ट को लिखने के बाद दिए विकल्प view पर क्लिक करके आप अपनी शिकायत की स्तिथि जाँच कर सकते हैं।
