प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के डिजिटल इंडिया के सपने को साकार करने की दिशा में राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा प्रदेश की कृषि योग्य भूमि की जानकारी ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध कराने हेतु वेब पोर्टल अपना खाता का संचालन किया गया है। राजस्थान की जनता को प्रदेश की कृषि भूमि को खरीदने तथा बेचते समय भूमि से सम्बंधित जानकारी हेतु बार- बार पटवारी के चक्कर काटने या किसी से भमि के विषय में पूछताछ करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। प्रदेश की जनता घर बैठे किसी भी कृषि भूमि के टुकड़े की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकती है।
अब राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा शुरू किये गए वेब पोर्टल अपना खाता के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन कोई भी किसी भी कृषि भूमि के प्रकार, उस पर किये जाने वाले खेती, उसका क्षेत्रफल एवं उसके भूस्वामी का नाम आदि सभी जानकारी ऑनलाइन प्राप्त कर सकता है एवं उसकी प्रतिलिपि का प्रिंटआउट प्राप्त कर सकता है।
प्रस्तुत है, इस लेख के माध्यम से राजस्थान प्रदेश द्वारा संचालित वेब पोर्टल अपना खाता के माध्यम से प्रदेश के कृषि भूमि के खसरा, खाता /जमाबंदी की जानकारी ऑनलाइन प्राप्त करने एवं उसकी नकल निकालने की विधि :

- राजस्थान – खसरा , खाता की जानकारी घर बैठे प्राप्त करने के लिए वेब पोर्टल अपना खाता पर क्लिक करिए।
- अब इस पेज में दिए विकल्प अपना खाता पर क्लिक करिए जो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे :
- इस पेज में नक़्शे में दिए जिलों में से अपने जिले का चयन करने हेतु नाम पर क्लिक करिए। अब यदि आपने जिला बीकानेर पर क्लिक किया है। तो जो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे :
- इस पेज में दिए बीकानेर जिले के तहसील के नाम का चयन करना है। अब यदि आप तहसील बीकानेर पर क्लिक करते हैं। तो जो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे :
- इस पेज में आपको पहले जमाबंदी के वर्ष का चयन करना है। यदि आपने जमाबंदी चालू वर्ष में करवाई है, तो आपको चालू पर क्लिक करना है, यदि बीते वर्षों में करवाई है, तो आपको गत विकल्प पर क्लिक करना है।
- अब यदि आप चालू विकल्प पर क्लिक करते हैं। तो फिर आपको अपने गाँव के नाम का चयन करने के लिए गाँव के पहले अक्षर पर क्लिक करना है। हम गाँव बीकानेर के लिए अक्षर ब पर क्लिक करेंगे। फिर जो पेज खुलेगा उसमें दिए गाँव की सूचि में से बीकानेर पर क्लिक करना है। फिर जो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे:
- अब आप इस पेज में अपने जमाबंदी (खाता )/खसरा की जानकारी प्राप्त करने के लिए दिए विकल्प खाता से , खसरा से या भूस्वामी के नाम अथवा समस्त खाते के विकल्प में से किसी एक का चयन कर जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
- अब यदि खाते से विकल्प का चयन करते हैं और खाता संख्या विकल्प में 10 लिखते हैं तो पेज खुलेगा उसका चित्र देखिये नीचे :
- अब आपके सामने जिला बीकानेर, तहसील बीकानेर,गाँव बीकानेर के खसरा/खाता नंबर 10 के भू- स्वामी के नाम एवं पता की जानकारी खुल कर आ गयी है। अब पूरी जानकारी एवं उसकी नकल प्राप्त कने के लिए आपको दिए विकल्प नकल प्राप्त करें पर क्लिक करने पर कुछ इस तरह का पेज खुल कर आ जायेगा। नकल का चित्र देखिये नीचे:
