Rajasthan Housing Loan scheme-2019 राजस्थान आवास ऋण योजना-2019
राजस्थान के मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा आवास ऋण योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। योजना के तहत प्रदेश के सभी वर्गों के नागरिकों को मकान खरीदने एवं आवासीय भूमि खरीदने एवं बनवाने के लिए ऋण दिया जाना निर्धारित किया गया है। इस योजना का उद्देश्य सभी नागरीकों के निजी मकान की मूलभूत आवश्यकता को पूरा करना है। योजना की शर्तों के अनुसार 10 लाख का ऋण 15 वर्षों के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा। ऋण पर 12 प्रतिशत ब्याज चुकाना देना होगा योजना का लाभ सरकारी स्थायी नौकरी करने वाले नागरिकों एवं निजी व्यवसाय करने वालों को प्राप्त हो सकेगा। लोन की सुविधा 65 वर्ष तक के व्यक्तियों को प्रदान की जायेगी। आइये जाने मुख्यमंत्री आवास ऋण योजना की जानकारी।

मुख्यमंत्री अशोक गहलोत द्वारा प्रदेश में इस योजना को लागू करने का उद्देश्य राज्य के सभी नागरिकों के सभी वर्गों के नागरिको की निजी गृह की आवश्यकता को पूरा करना है। इसके लिए योजना के तहत लम्बी अवधि तक आसान किश्तों में ऋण चुकाने की सुविधा प्रदान की गई है। इस योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवासीय भूमि अथवा भवन के कानूनी दस्तावेज़ होने पर ऋण की आसानी से प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा।

- राजस्थान राज्य में आधार लिंक्ड बैंक खाता होना चाहिए।

- वर्तमान की रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो।

- योजना के तहत 10 लाख तक के ऋण का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- ऋण का लाभ 15 वर्ष के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा।
- आवास ऋण योजना पर 12 प्रतिशत का ब्याज देना होगा।
- 65 वर्ष की आयु तक ऋण की राशि चुकानी होगी अर्थात 65 वर्ष तक के लिए ऋण दिया जाएगा।

- आवेदनकर्ता को राजस्थान आवास संघ कार्यालय से आवास ऋण योजना का आवेदन पत्र लेना होगा।
- आवेदन पत्र में सभी सूचनाओं को भरने के बाद आवश्यक दस्तावेज की फोटोकॉपी संलग्न करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आवेदन पत्र को जिला संघ मुख्यालय में नियुक्त एईओ /ऋण निरीक्षक अधिकारी के पास जमा करना होगा।
योजना से सम्बंधित जानकारी शीघ्र हीं ibs.rajasthan.govt.in पर अपडेट किये जाने की संभावना है।
