अब देश भर में फार्मासिस्ट क्लिक्निक खोल कर मरीजों को बीमारी की दवा देने का काम कर सकेंगे। इसके लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा फार्मासिस्ट प्रैक्टिस एक्ट 2015 पारित किया गया है। इस नए नियम के अनुसार फार्मा में स्नातक या डिप्लोमा की डिग्री होने पर फार्मासिस्ट फार्मा क्लिनिक खोल सकेंगे। इस क्लिक्निक में वे केवल बिमारी के प्राथमिक इलाज से सम्बंधित दवा लेने की सलाह देने का काम करेंगे। केंद्र सरकार के द्वारा फार्मासिस्ट प्रैक्टिस एक्ट लागू करने से फार्मा की डिग्री का महत्व बढ़ गया है। अब फार्मासिस्ट भी एमबीबीएस फिजिशियन डॉक्टर की तरह फार्मा क्लिनिक खोल कर बीमारियों का इलाज कर सकेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त क्लिनिक में दावा का स्टॉक भी रख सकेंगे। इसके लिए फार्मा प्रैक्टिस एक्ट 2015 के अनुसार कुछ नियम एवं शर्तें निर्धारित की गयीं है। जिन्हें पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा। तो आइये जाने फार्मा क्लिनिक खोलने से पहले किन नियमों का पालन करना आवश्यक है?

फार्मा प्रैक्टिस एक्ट 2015 के अनुसार फार्मेसी में मास्टर्स, बैचलर और डिप्लोमा की डिग्री प्राप्त किये लोग डाक्टर की तरह क्लिनिक खोलकर रोगियों का इलाज कर सकेंगे। फार्मासिस्ट क्लिनिक में रोगों के इलाज से सम्बंधित परामर्श देने का काम करेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त प्राथमिक इलाज के अंतर्गत आईबी फ्लूड, इन्टरा मस्कुलर, इन्टरावीनस, सबक्यूटेनियस इंजेक्शन भी देने का काम कर सकेंगे। फार्मासिस्ट अपने क्लिनिक में मरीजों को परामर्श देने का शुल्क भी डॉक्टर की तरह ले सकेंगे। इसके अतिरिक्त फार्मासिस्ट को दवाइयों का स्टॉक भी रखने का अधिकार होगा।

Terms & conditions for opening Pharma Clinic फार्मा क्लिनिक खोलने के नियम एवं शर्तें
- फार्मा क्लिनिक खोलने के लिए फार्मासिस्ट की डिग्री को फार्मा काउन्सिल ऑफ़ इंडिया में रजिस्टर्ड करवाना अनिवार्य होगा।
- क्लिनिक खोलने से पहले तीन महीने तक किसी एमबीबीएस डिग्री या इससे अधिक योग्यता वाली एमबीबीएस डिग्री धारक डॉक्टर के अंडर में ट्रेनिंग करना अनिवार्य होगा।
- फार्मा क्लिनिक में दवा का स्टॉक रखने के लिए ड्रग कंट्रोलर से रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाना होगा।
- फार्म क्लिनिक का रजिस्ट्रेशन नर्सिंग होम एक्ट के तहत करवाया जा सकेगा।
- फार्मा क्लिनिक के बाहर बोर्ड पर फार्मासिस्ट को अपनी डिग्री, फार्मा काउंसिल ऑफ़ इंडिया में डिग्री रजिस्टर्ड नंबर और अपना नाम लिखना आवश्यक होगा।
- फार्मा प्रैक्टिस एक्ट 2015 के अनुसार फार्मा काउन्सिल ऑफ़ इंडिया में रजिस्टर्ड फार्मासिस्ट को क्लिनिक में केवल प्राथमिक इलाज के लिए परामर्श देने और इंजेक्शन देने का अधिकार दिया गया है।
- क्लिनिक में प्रैक्टिस करने वाले फार्मासिस्ट को रोगियों को प्राथमिक इलाज के लिए परामर्श शुल्क लेने का भी क़ानूनी अधिकार होगा।
