Mukhyamantri Tenant Electricity Meter Scheme मुख्यमंत्री किरायेदार बिजली मीटर योजना
दिल्ली के निवासियों को 24 घंटे बिजली और सस्ती बिजली उपलब्ध करवाने के वादे पर अमल करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल द्वारा किरायेदार बिजली मीटर योजना की घोषणा 25 सितम्बर 2019 को की गयी है। योजना का उद्देश्य दिल्ली में किराये पर रहने वाले लोगों को सस्ती बिजली का लाभ उपलब्ध करवाना है। क्योंकि दिल्ली में बिजली सस्ती होने के बावजूद मकान मालिक किरायेदारों से पुरानी बिजली की दर से पैसा वसूलते हैं। इस पर रोक लगाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा योजना को लांच किया गया है।
योजना के तहत किरायेदार अलग से प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर लगा सकेंगे। इसके लिए उन्हें किसी से एनओसी लेने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। अभी तक किरायेदारों को अलग से बिजली मीटर लगवाने के लिए मकान मालिक से अनुमति लेनी होती थी। किन्तु इस योजना के लागू होने से किराएदार बिजली कंपनियों को फोन कर के प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर मंगवा सकेंगे। सरकार के इस कदम से लगभग 40 लाख किराए पर रहने वाले लाभान्वित होंगे। प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर अलग से लगवाने के लिए रु 6000 खर्च करने होंगे। जिसमें से रु 3000 सिक्यूरिटी और रु 3000 बिजली का लाइन खींचने का खर्च देना होगा। आइये जाने योजना का लाभ कैसे प्राप्त किया जा सकता है ?

- बिजली का उपयोग केवल घरेलु उपयोग के लिए किया जा सकेगा।
- योजना के तहत प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर का कनेक्शन लेने पर 200 यूनिट बिजली खर्च करने पर बिजली का कोई शुल्क नहीं देना होगा।
- 201 से 400 यूनिट बिजली का उपयोग करने पर बिजली बिल का 50% सब्सिडी प्राप्त होगा।

- योजना के तहत प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर लगवाने के लिए नए कनेक्शन लेने के लिए आवेदन करना होगा।
- टाटा पॉवर दिल्ली डिस्ट्रीब्यूशन लिमिटेड से प्रीपेड मीटर के लिए Tata Power DDL वेबसाइट से ऑनलाइन आवेदन किया जा सकता है।
- इस पेज में कस्टमर केयर पोर्टल पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर Apply online विकल्प के अंतर्गत new connection पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म भरकर सबमिट करना होगा।
- एसएमएस द्वारा प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर प्राप्त करने के लिए TPDDL NEW टाइप करना होगा और 56070 पर भेजना होगा।
- TPDDL टोल फ्री नंबर 18002095161/19123 पर कॉल करके प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर कनेक्शन प्राप्त करने की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
- BSES यमुना पॉवर लिमिटेड से नए प्रीपेड बिजली मीटर कनेक्शन के लिए BSESdelhi लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में New connection विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद फॉर्म भरकर सबमिट करना होगा।
- आप बिजली डीजी सेवा सेण्टर नंबर 19123 या 39999707 पर कॉल करके अपॉइंटमेंट ले सकते हैं। फिर निर्धारित समय पर डीजी सेवा केंद्र जाकर मीटर प्राप्त कर सकते हैं या फिर डोरस्टेप सेवा के द्वारा घर पर मीटर मंगवा सकते हैं।
- इसके अतिरिक्त BSES DELHI Mobile App से ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
