MP Rajya Ki Sahkarita Se Antyoday Vikas Yojana । म.प्र. राज्य की सहकारिता से
अन्त्योदय विकास योजना
मध्य प्रदेश राज्य देश में कृषि के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी प्रदेश है। यहाँ की 70% जनता कृषि पर आधारित है। अत: कृषि पर से रोज़गार की निर्भरता कम करने के लिए, मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह पाटिल द्वारा राज्य के गरीबी रेखा के नीचे गुजर बसर करने वाले नागरिकों के जीवनस्तर में सुधार हेतु प्रदेश में कृषि के अतिरिक्त अन्य क्षेत्र में भी रोज़गार की सम्भावना का सृजन करने के उद्देश्य से सहकारिता से अन्तोदय विकास योजना का शुभारम्भ किया गया है। इस योजना का शुभारम्भ 20 नवम्बर 2017 को मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह पाटिल द्वारा किया गया था। सहकारिता से अन्त्योदय विकास योजना के तहत राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों में सहकारी संस्था संगठित करके उस क्षेत्र के बीपीएल /अन्तोदय परिवारों के सदस्यों को रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध करवाने की योजना का निर्धारण किया गया है।
सहकारिता से अन्तोदय योजना का उद्देश्य (Sahkarita se Antoday Yojana ka Uddeshy) :
इस योजना का उद्देश्य मध्य प्रदेश के सभी जिलो के बेरोजगार बीपीएल/ अन्तोदय परिवारों के सदस्यों को सहकारी संस्था में पंजीकरण के माध्यम से जोड़कर पर्यटन, सुरक्षा, जैविक कृषि, गणवेश निर्माण, उद्यानिकी एवं लघु कुटीर उद्योगों के क्षेत्र में रोजगार उपलब्ध कराने की सुनियोजित योजना का निर्धारण किया गया है। इस योजना के संचालन से प्रदेश में रोज़गार के अवसर का सृजन होगा तथा सहकारी संस्था के सहयोग से इसकी जानकारी का प्रसार करने से लोगों में रोज़गार के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ेगी। जिससे प्रदेश में बेरोज़गारी की समस्या का समाधान होने के साथ हीं राज्य की उन्नति होगी।
योजना का क्रियान्वयन (Yojana ka kriyanvayan):
सहकारिता से अन्योदय विकास योजना के प्रसार एवं लाभ को प्रत्येक व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने के लिए प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सहकारी संस्थाओं द्वारा कार्यशालाओं का आयोजन करके जागरूकता अभियान की शुरुआत कर दी गयी है। योजना के अंतर्गत पर्यटन, लघु कुटीर उद्योग, कुक्कुट पालन, चिकित्सा, जैविक कृषि आदि क्षेत्रों में रोज़गार के अवसर के उदय हेतु सहकारी संस्थाओं का गठन किया गया है। प्रदेश में एक वर्ष की अवधि में अब तक अलग -अलग क्षेत्र में 320 सहकारी संस्था का निर्माण किया जा चुका है।
योजना से लाभ (Yojana se Labh):
- सहकारिता से अन्तोदय विकास योजना के माध्यम से प्रदेश के देवास जिले में 4 सहकारी संस्था द्वारा आलू चिप्स निर्माण, दोना-पत्तल, झाडू, टोकना निर्माण का व्यवसाय शुरू करने हेतु सहकारी बैंक के माध्यम से ऋण उपलब्ध करने की व्यवस्था किया गया है।
- योजना के माध्यम से 2 सहकारी संस्था द्वारा कड़कनाथ प्रजाति के संरक्षण के लिए कुक्कुट पालन के क्षेत्र में व्यवसाय शुरू करने के लिए रूपए 50,000 की ऋण देवास जिला के सहकारी केन्द्रीय बैंक से उपलब्ध करवाई गयी है।
- सहकारिता से अन्तोदय विकास योजना के तहत अब तक रोज़गार के सृजन एवं प्रसार हेतु विभिन्न क्षेत्र में 320 सहकारी संस्था का निर्माण किया जा चुका है।
- मध्य प्रदेश के देवास जिले में सहकारिता से अन्तोदय विकास योजना का लाभ सबसे तेज़ी उठा कर योजना को सफल बनाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा सराहा गया है। जिससे अन्य जिले भी इस योजना द्वारा लाभान्वित होने को प्रोत्साहित होंगे।
