MP Mukhyamantri krishi Rin Samadhan Yojana म. प्र. मुख्यमंत्री कृषि ऋण समाधान योजना
मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराजसिंह चौहान द्वारा मध्य प्रदेश के किसानों के चले आ रहे ऋण का समाधान करने के लिए कृषि ऋण समाधान योजना का शुभारम्भ किया गया है। यह योजना केंद्र सरकार के मिशन वर्ष 2022 तक किसानों की आय दुगुनी करने के लक्ष्य में मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री का महत्वपूर्ण योगदान साबित होगा। इस योजना के तहत प्रदेश के प्राथमिक साख समितियों के डिफाल्टर (ऋण के ब्याज को चुका सकने में असमर्थ ) किसान जो 30 जून 2017 तक अपने ऋण को चुकाने में असमर्थ रहें हैं, को इस योजना के तहत शामिल किया जाएगा।
किसानों द्वारा योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए 15 जून 2018 तक अपने चले आ रहे ऋण की मूलधन की 50% राशि को एक मुश्त या दो किस्तों में चुका देने पर इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते थे। किन्तु अब इस समय अवधि को बढ़ाकर 31 अगस्त 2018 कर दिया गया है। इस योजना से मध्य प्रदेश के 17.78 लाख डिफाल्टर किसानों को लाभ प्राप्त होगा। तो आइये जाने इस लेख के माध्यम से इस योजना की जानकारी ।
म. प्र. मुख्यमंत्री कृषि ऋण समाधान योजना के मुख्य बिंदु (MP Mukhyamantri krishi Rin Samadhan yojana ke mukhya bindu) :
- इस योजना के तहत जिन किसानों का सहकारी साख समिति में 30 जून 2017 तक ऋण न चुका पाने के कारण डिफाल्टर खाता हो गया था, उनको योजना में शामिल किया जाएगा।
- योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए पहले 15 जून 2018 तक अपने चले आ रहे ऋण की राशि के मूलधन का 50% एक मुश्त या दो किस्तों में चुकाने पर हीं लाभ प्राप्त हो सकता था। किन्तु अब इसकी समय सीमा को बढ़ाकर 31 अगस्त 2018 कर दिया गया है। डिफाल्टर खाते वाले किसानो द्वारा अपने ऋण के मूलधन की राशि का 50% चुकाने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री कृषि ऋण समाधान योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदन करना होगा।
- किसानों द्वारा ऋण के मूलधन का 50% चुकाने के बाद मध्य प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा चुकाई गयी मूलधन राशि के बराबर की नयी नगद ऋण शून्य प्रतिशत ब्याज पर देने की स्वीकृति कर दी जायेगी, तथा बची हुई आधी मूलधन ऋण की राशि को ब्याज मुक्त कर दिया जाएगा।
- इस योजना में शामिल किसानों को आगामी वर्ष 2018 की खरीफ की फसल के लिए ऋण की राशि मूलधन की आधी रकम से ज्यादा नहीं प्रदान की जायेगी। ऋण पर यह प्रतिबंध आगामी रबी की फसल 2018-19 के लिए लागू नहीं होगा।
कृषि ऋण समाधान योजना के लिए पात्रता (Krishi Rin Samadhan Yojana ke liye Patrta) :
इस योजना का लाभ मध्य प्रदेश के उन किसानों को दिया जाएगा। जो प्रदेश के सहकारी साख सिमिति के बैंक खाते में 30 जून 2017 तक ऋण को नहीं चुका पाए हैं और जिस कारण से उनके खाते डिफाल्टर हो गए हैं।
