मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री अन्नपूर्णा योजना MP Mukhyamantri Annpurna Yojana
मध्य प्रदेश में अन्नपूर्णा योजना की शरुआत मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा मार्च 2014 में किया गया था। तब से आज तक इस योजना के पात्र 4 करोड़ 90 लाख व्यक्तियों को इस योजना के दायरे में शामिल किया जा चुका है। अन्नपूर्णा योजना के तहत प्रत्येक पात्र परिवारों को 1 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से चावल और गेहूं का वितरण किया जाता है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत अन्त्योदय अन्न योजना तथा प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के परिवारों को शामिल किया गया है। इस योजना के लाभ से वंचित पात्र परिवारों को इस योजना के दायरे में शामिल करने के उद्देश्य से जून 2014 में पुरे प्रदेश में खाध सुरक्षा पर्व मनाया गया, जिसके फलस्वरूप इस योजना के पात्र व्यक्तियों की संख्या 75 लाख से बढ़ कर 110 लाख 38 हजार हो गयी ।
अन्त्योदय (एपीएल ) अन्न योजना : इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत ऐसे व्यक्ति जिनके आय का कोई निश्चित साधन न हो, अनाथ, वृद्ध , अनाथ अपांग,बेसहारा विधवा आदि को शामिल किया जाता है। अन्त्योदय अन्न योजना के पात्र प्रयेक परिवार को प्रति महीने 35 किलोग्राम अनाज वितरित किया जाता है।
प्राथमिकता श्रेणी के परिवार (बीपीएल) : इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत रिक्शा चालक ,केश-शिल्पी ,फेरीवाले ,घरेलू कामकाजी महिलाएं , मछुआरे तथा सहकारी समिति के सदस्य एवं अनुसूचित जाति तथा अनुसूचित जनजाति को भी शामिल किया गया है । इस श्रेणी के पात्र परिवार को प्रति सदस्य 5 किलोग्राम अनाज प्रति महीने वितरित किया जाता है।
मध्य प्रदेश मुख्यमंत्री अन्नपूर्णा योजना के पात्रता हेतु आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ (Annpurna Yojana Ke Liye Aavashyak Dstavez):
- आधार कार्ड
- राशन कार्ड
- मध्य प्रदेश के नागरिक होना अनिवार्य
मुख्यमंत्री अन्नपूर्णा योजना की विशेषताएं (Mukhyamantri Annpurna yojana ki visheshtayen):
- मध्य प्रदेश में अन्नपूर्णा योजना वर्ष 2008 से लागू है। किन्तु तब इस योजना का लाभ गरीबी रेखा से नीचे (BPL) श्रेणी के 75 लाख परिवार ही उठा रहे थे। इन परिवारों को गेहूं 3 रूपए तथा चावल रूपए 4.50 की दर से वितरित किया जाता था।
- इस योजना के तहत मार्च 2013 में बीपीएल परिवारों के साथ -साथ अन्तोदय परिवारों को भी शामिल किया गया। तथा चावल रूपए 2 प्रति क्लोग्राम तथा गेहूं रूपए 1 प्रति किलोग्राम वितरित करने का प्रावधान किया गया। इस योजना के पात्र अन्तोदय परिवारों को रूपए 1 किलो आयोडीन नमक प्रदान किया जाने लगा।
- इस योजना के अंतर्गत जनवरी 2014 से बीपीएल तथा एपीएल परिवारों को रूपए 1 प्रति किलोग्राम चावल और गेहूं वितरित करना प्रारम्भ किया गया।
- अब इस योजना के अंतर्गत मार्च 2014 से 1 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से चावल, गेहूं , 1 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से 4 लीटर कैरोसिन तेल, 1 किलोग्रम शक्कर तथा आयोडीन युक्त नमक भी 1 रूपए प्रति किलोग्राम की दर से प्रदान किया जाता है।
