नेशनल शेड्यूल्ड कास्ट्स फाइनेंस एंड डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन की स्थापना भारत सरकार द्वारा समाजिक न्याय और अधिकारिता मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत की गयी है। इस कंपनी का उद्देश्य गरीबी रेखा के दोगुने से नीचे स्तर पर जीवन निर्वाह कर रहे अनुसूचित जाति के परिवारों को व्यवसाय के लिए ऋण उपलब्ध करवाना है। एनएसएफडीसी का उद्देश्य अनुसूचित जाति के व्यक्तियों को कौशल के आधार पर ऋण उपलब्ध करवाना है। जिससे उनके आर्थिक स्थिति में सुधार हो सके। इसके अतिरिक्त वोकेशनल कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाता है। महिलाओं को व्यवसाय हेतु ऋण प्राप्त करने में प्राथमिकता दी जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त महिलाओं को पुरुषों के मुकाबले 0.5% – 1% की रेंज में छूट दिए जाने का भी प्रावधान है।
अनुसूचित जाति के परिवारों के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण के लिए अनेक प्रकार की ऋण योजनायें संचालित की गयी हैं। जिनमें कृषि एवं अन्य समवर्गीय, औद्योगिकएवं सेवा क्षेत्रों में आय अर्जक गतिविधियों के लिए तथा व्यावसायिक/तकनीकी शिक्षा के लिए ऋण उपलब्ध करवाने की योजना शामिल है। इस लेख के माध्यम से लघु ऋण वित्त योजना की जानकारी आपके साथ शेयर करुँगी।
लघु ऋण वित्त योजना क्या है Micro Credit Finance Scheme kya Hai
नेशनल शेड्यूल्ड कास्ट्स फाइनेंस एंड डेवलपमेंट कारपोरेशन द्वारा अनुसूचित जाति के गरीबी रेखा के दोगुने से नीचे स्तर पर जीवन यापन करने वाले परिवारों के लिए ऋण योजनायें संचालित की गयी है। इन योजनाओं में से एक लघु ऋण वित्त योजना है। इस योजना के तहत रु 50,000 तक की लागत वाली परियोजना के लिए ऋण प्रदान किये जाने का प्रावधान है। व्यवसाय करने के इच्छुक व्यक्ति परियोजना लागत का 90% तक ऋण प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। योजना के तहत लिए गए ऋण को 3 वर्ष की अवधि में चुकाना होता है।

- आवेदक को अनुसूचित जाति का होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक के परिवार की वार्षिक आय रु 3 लाख वार्षिक से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- आयु 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदक के पास सम्बंधित व्यवसाय का अनुभव या कौशल विकास प्रशिक्षण का प्रमाण पत्र होने पर ऋण प्रदान करने में प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी।
- महिला आवेदकों को ऋण के चयनित करने में प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी।

- आधार कार्ड
- आधार लिंक्ड बैंक अकाउंट
- निवास प्रमाण पत्र

- दुधारू पशु पालन व्यवसाय
- ब्यूटी पार्लर
- सब्जी की दूकान
- बेकरी की दूकान
- बकरी पालन
- अगरबत्ती बनाना
- पापड़ बनाना
- मोमबत्ती बनाना
- आचार बनाना
- मछली बेचने की दूकान
- चाय की दूकान आदि
लघु ऋण वित्त योजना ऋण राशि एवं ब्याज दर Micro Credit Finance Scheme Loan & Interest rate
- लघु ऋण वित्त योजना में रु 50,000 तक की परियोजना के लिए ऋण प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
- परियोजना लागत का 90% तक ऋण प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
- ऋण प्राप्त करने के 3 महीने बाद से ऋण का किश्त जमा करना होता है।
- अधिस्थगन काल (छूट पीरियड/moratorium period) सहित 3 वर्षों के अन्दर ऋण चुकाना होगा।
- ऋण को 5% ब्याज की दर से तिमाही किश्तों में चुकाना होगा।

- आवेदन के लिए अपने जिले के एनएसएफडीसी की चैनलाइजिंग एजेंसी जैसे – नॉन बैंकिंग फाइनेंसियल कंपनिया (एनबीएफसी) -माइक्रोफाइनेंस इंस्टीट्यूशन (एमएफआई), क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक /सार्वजनिक बैंक से फॉर्म लेकर भरना होगा।
- इसके बाद सभी दस्तावेजों को फॉर्म के साथ संलग्न करके जमा करना होगा।
- बैंक द्वारा योजना की पात्रता का मूल्यांकन करने के बाद लोन जारी कर दिया जाता है।
