म.प्र. में भावान्तर भुगतान योजना के तहत फसलों की खरीदी प्रारंभ M.P Bhavatar Bhugtan Yojana ke tht Faslon ki kharidi Prarambh
केंद्र सरकार द्वारा देश भर में लगभग 26 प्रकार के कृषि उपज पर न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) तय की जाती है। इसके अतिरिक्त 8 प्रकार के कृषि फसल – मक्का, मूँग, अरहर, उड़द, सोयाबीन, रामतील, मूंगफली एवं तील की उपज पर एमएसपी नहीं तय की जाती है। अतः इन 8 फसलों पर भी किसानों को अपनी फसल का उचित मूल्य प्राप्त करवाने के मद्देनज़र मध्य प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान द्वारा अपने प्रदेश के किसानों के लिए भावान्तर भुगतान योजना वर्ष 2017 से प्रारंभ किया गया है।
अब मध्य प्रदेश में 20 अक्टूबर 2018 की सोयाबीन एवं मक्का की फसल की खरीद भावान्तर भुगतान योजना के तहत शुरू हो गई है। आइये जाने इस लेख के माध्यम से भावान्तर भुगतान योजना के तहत फसलों की खरीद की जानकारी।
भावान्तर भुगतान योजना क्या है Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana Kya Hai :
योजना के अनुसार मध्य प्रदेश के किसानो द्वारा पैदा की गई दलहन एवं तिलहन की 8 फसले – मक्का, सोयाबीन, तिल, रामतिल, मूँगफली, अरहर, मूँग और उड़द की फसल की अधिसूचित मूल्य बिक्री मूल्य से अधिक, किन्तु मध्य प्रदेश की सरकार द्वारा घोषित की गई न्यनतम समर्थन मूल्य (एमएसपी) से कम होने पर तो बिक्री मूल्य और न्यनतम समर्थन मूल्य के बीच के अंतर की राशि किसानों के बैंक खाते में ट्रान्सफर कर दी जाने का प्रावधान है।
भावान्तर भुगतान योजना वर्ष 2018 की मुख्य बातें Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana 2018 ki mukhya baaten :
- सोयाबीन और मक्का की फसलो की कटाई के बाद 20 अक्टूबर 2018 से मंडी में इन दो फसलों के लिए भावान्तर भुगतान के तहत उपज की खरीद शुरू हो गई है।
- योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए मध्य प्रदेश के 88 हज़ार किसानो ने रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया है।
- प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा भावान्तर भुगतान योजना के तहत मक्का और सोयाबीन की फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य रूपए 3499 घोषित किया गया है।
- 20 अक्टूबर 2018 से 19 जनवरी 2019 तक योजना के तहत पंजीकृत किसानो द्वारा बेची गई मक्का और सोयाबीन की फसलों का डाटा पोर्टल पर दर्ज किया जाएगा।
- पोर्टल पर दर्ज डाटा के अनुसार किसानों को रूपए 500 प्रति क्विंटल के हिसाब से भावान्तर भुगतान की राशि उनके बैंक खाते में हस्तांतरित कर दी जायेगी।
- अब तक किसानों द्वारा प्रतिदिन लगभग 6 हज़ार क्विंटल सोयाबीन बेचीं गई है।
