Himachal Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Scheme हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना
हिमाचल प्रदेश में बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना वर्ष 2017 से संचालित की गयी है। योजना के तहत प्रदेश के शारीरिक रूप से अक्षम (disabled) बेरोजगार युवाओं को प्रति माह रु 1500 और अन्य बेरोजगार युवाओं को रु 1000 मासिक बोज्गारी भत्ता दिया जाता है। बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना शुरू करने का उद्देश्य बीपीएल श्रेणी के युवाओं को रोजगार तलाशने में आर्थिक रूप से सक्षम बनाना है। जिससे बेरोजगार युवाओं को रोजगार तलाशने में परिवहन खर्च में मदद मिल सके। बेरोजगारी भत्ता का लाभ मासिक आधार पर दो वर्ष के लिए प्रदान किया जाता है। योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए युवाओं को न्यूनतम 10+2/ 12वीं कक्षा पास होना आवश्यक है। बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए हिमाचल प्रदेश लेबर एंड एम्प्लॉयमेंट डिपार्टमेंट में ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर करना होगा। इसके बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन संख्या की सहायता से ऑनलाइन आवेदन फॉर्म भर सकेंगे। आइये जाने योजना में आवेदन की जानकारी।
Himachal Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Scheme Eligibility हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना की पात्रता
- आवेदन की आयु 20- 35 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश का मूल निवासी होना आवश्यक है।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त यूनिवर्सिटी/ किसी भी बोर्ड/शैक्षिक संस्था से न्यूनतम 12वीं कक्षा पास होना आवश्यक है।
- युवक को बेरोजगार (सरकारी नौकरी/निजी कंपनी में नौकरी या स्वरोजगार नहीं होना चाहिए) होना चाहिए।
- योजना में आवेदन के एक वर्ष पहले से हिमाचल प्रदेश के किसी भी एम्प्लॉयमेंट एक्सचेंज में पंजीकृत नहीं होना चाहिए।
- योजना में आवेदन से ठीक एक वर्ष पहले तक परिवार की वार्षिक आय सभी स्त्रोतों से रु 2 लाख से कम होना आवश्यक है।
- 48 घंटे से अधिक की सजा जेल में न काटी गयी हो।
- सरकारी नौकरी से बेदखल न किया गया हो।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश कौशल विकास भत्ता योजन का लाभार्थी नहीं होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक योजना में आवेदन के दौरान किसी शैक्षिक संसथान में रेगुलर पाठ्यक्रम का अभ्यर्थी नहीं होना चाहिए।
Himachal Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Scheme Documents हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना दस्तावेज़
- शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र
- निवास प्रमाण पत्र
- पहचान प्रमाण पत्र
- आयु प्रमाण पत्र
- बैंक खाते के पासबुक के पहले पेज की फोटोकॉपी
- परिवार की वार्षिक आय का प्रमाण पत्र
- स्व् प्रमाणित शपथ पत्र
Himachal Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Amount हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता की राशी
- शारीरक रूप से विकलांग बेरोजगार युवाओं को प्रति माह रु 1500
- अन्य बेरोजगार युवाओं को मासिक रु 1000
- योजना के तहत बेरोजगारी भत्ते की रकम लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में ट्रान्सफर की जाएगी।
- बेरोजगार भत्ता का लाभ हिमाचल लेबर एंड एम्प्लॉयमेंट डिपार्टमेंट में पंजीकरण से लेकर केवल 2 वर्ष की अवधि तक प्रदान किया जाता है।
Himachal Pradesh Unemployment Allowance Scheme Online Application हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना ऑनलाइन आवेदन
- योजना एं आवेदन से पहले हिमाचल प्रदेश श्रम और रोजगार विभाग में पंजीकरण करना होगा।
- हिमाचल प्रदेश बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना में पंजीकरण के लिए लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इसके बाद बेरोजगारी भत्ता रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म में मांगी गयी सूचनाये भरकर submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर एम्प्लॉयमेंट एक्सचेंज की तरफ से रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा।
- इसके बाद बेरोजगारी भत्ता योजना का आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के लिए लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में check eligibility विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर फॉर्म में Registration Number और कैप्चा कोड लिखने के बाद check eligibility विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- योजना में आवेदन के पात्र होने पर Apply online for unemployment allowance विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर आवेदन फॉर्म में सूचनाएं भरने के बाद आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स की स्कैन्ड कॉपी अपलोड करके submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद एप्लीकेशन फॉर्म नंबर का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा।
- फिर Reprint application form विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फोर्म में एप्लीकेशन नंबर और कैप्चा कोड लिखने के बाद Reprint Application विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद योजना का आवेदन फॉर्म और शपत पत्र दोनों डाउनलोड करके प्रिंटआउट निकालना होगा।
- इन दोनों फॉर्म को स्वप्रमाणित करने के लिए आवेदक को अपना हस्ताक्षर करना होगा।
- इसके बाद सभी डाक्यूमेंट्स की फोटोकॉपी आवेदन फॉर्म में संलग्न करके अपने क्षेत्रीय एम्प्लॉयमेंट एक्सचेंज कार्यालय में जमा करना होगा।
