Haryana Widow Pension Yojana हरियाणा विधवा पेंशन योजना
विधवा महिलाओं को आर्थिक मदद हेतु विधवा पेंशन योजना का संचालन वर्ष 1980 से किया गया है। इस योजना का संचालन प्रदेश के सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग द्वारा किया जाता है। योजना के तहत पेंशन की राशि में प्रति वर्ष वृद्धि किया जाता रहा है। 1980-81 में पेंशन की राशि रूपए 50 प्रति माह थी जो 2018 में बढ़कर रूपए 2000 मासिक कर दी गई है। प्रदेश की निर्धन निराश्रित विधवा अथवा अविवाहित होने की दशा में बिना पिता-पिता के बेसहारा होने पर योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकेगी। इस पेंशन योजना में आवेदन के लिए प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में सीएससी केंद्र (साँझा सेवा केंद्र) की स्थापना की गई है। आवेदक अपने निकट के सीएससी केंद्र से आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त ऑनलाइन फॉर्म डाउनलोड करके भी भरने के बाद आवेदन किया जा सकता है। आइये जाने योजना में स्वयं आवेदन करने की जानकारी।

- आवेदक की आयु 18 से कम नहीं होना चाहिए।
- महिला को आवेदन के समय से पूर्व एक वर्ष तक हरियाणा राज्य में निवास करना आवश्यक होगा।
- विधवा महिला को हीं पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
- अविवाहित होने की दशा में माता-पिता के न होने पर बेसहारा होने पर हीं योजना का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।
- योजना में आवेदन के लिए महिला को हरियाणा राज्य का मूल निवासी होना अनिवार्य होगा।
- आवेदक महिला की वार्षिक आय सभी स्त्रोतों से रूपए 2 लाख से कम होनी चाहिए।
- आवेदक महिला के नाम से हरियाणा राज्य के बैंक शाखा में अकाउंट होना चाहिए।

- आवेदक महिला का निवास प्रमाण पत्र

- पहचान प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक महिला के नाम के बैंक खाता पासबुक के पहले पेज की फोटोकॉपी
- महिला की वर्तमान की रंगीन पासपोर्ट साइज़ फोटो

- पेंशन लाभ के आवेदन करने हेतु हरियाणा सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता विभाग की वेबसाइट लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में Pension Portal विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा
- इस पेज में Application forms विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस पेज में download application form for widow and destitute women pension विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- आवेदन फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ की कॉपी संलग्न करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आवेदन फॉर्म पर अपने ब्लाक या जिले के सरपंच /नंबरदार /एमसी से हस्ताक्षर करवाना होगा।
- फिर आवेदन फॉर्म को अपने ब्लाक अथवा जिले के सामाजिक कल्याण विभाग के कार्यालय (DSWO) में जमा करना होगा।
