Pariwar Samman Nidhi Yojana हरियाणा: मुख्यमंत्री परिवार सम्मान निधि योजना
हरियाणा के मुखमंत्री द्वारा राज्य के किसानों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री परिवार सम्मान निधि योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। यह योजना केंद्र सरकार के प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना एवं प्रधानमंत्री श्रम योगी मानधन योजना का मिश्रित रूप है। हरियाणा सरकार इस योजना के तहत किसानो को दो श्रेणियों में उम्र के आधार पर बाँटा गया है। पहली श्रेणी 18 से 40 वर्ष और दूसरी श्रेणी 40से 60 वर्ष तक के किसानों की होगी। इसमें से पहली श्रेणी के किसानों के पास 60 वर्ष की आयु पूरी करने पर रूपए 3000 या 1500 रूपए योजना में में शामिल होने की अवधि के अनुसार आजीवन प्राप्त करने का होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त दोनों श्रेणियों के किसानों के पास एक वर्ष में रूपए 6000 रूपए 2000 के तीन किश्तों में बैंक खाते में प्राप्त करने का होगा। आइये जाने हरियाणा राज्य की मुख्यमंत्री परिवार सम्मान निधि योजना की विस्तृत जानकारी।

हरियाणा राज्य के लघु एवं सीमांत किसानों को कृषि कार्य में आर्थिक सहायता पहुंचाने के साथ हीं सामाजिक सुरक्षा देने के उद्देश्य से मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा परिवार सम्मान निधि योजना की शुरुआत की गई है। इस योजना को वित्तीय वर्ष 2019 – 20 से शुरू किया जाएगा। योजना का लाभ राज्य के 5 एकड़ कृषि योग्य भूमि के स्वामित्व वाले किसानों एवं रूपए 15000 से कम मासिक आय वाले किसानो को प्राप्त होगा।
योजना के पात्र किसानों को दो श्रेणियों में उम्र के आधार पर बाँटा जाएगा :
पहली श्रेणी :
18 वर्ष से 40 वर्ष तक के किसानों को रखा गया है। इस श्रेणी के किसानों के पास योजना के तहत दिए जाने वाले लाभ को प्राप्त करने के चार विकल्प मौजूद होंगे।
पहला विकल्प :
इस विकल्प के अंतर्गत किसान परिवार के मुखिया के बैंक खाते में वार्षिक 6000 रूपए 2000 -2000 रूपए के तीन किश्तों में राज्य सरकार द्वारा हस्तांतरित कर दी जायेगी।
दूसरा विकल्प :
योजना के पात्र किसान के परिवार की तरफ से एक सदस्य को लाभार्थी नियुक्त किया जाएगा। जिसके बैंक खाते में प्रत्येक पाँच वर्ष के बाद रूपए 36,000 राज्य सरकार द्वारा हस्तांतरित किया जाएगा।
तीसरा विकल्प :
योजना के लाभार्थी किसान परिवार द्वारा मनोनीत किये गए सदस्य के 60 वर्ष पुरे हो जाने पर प्रत्येक महीने रूपए 3000 या 1500 पेंशन के रूप में दिया जाएगा। पेंशन की यह रकम लाभार्थी सदस्य के योजना में शामिल होने की अवधि पर निर्भर करेगा।
चौथा विकल्प :
किसान परिवार द्वारा मनोनीत लाभार्थी सदस्य को प्रत्येक पाँच वर्ष में रूपए 30,000 या 15,000 बैंक खाते में प्राप्त होगा। ये रकम लाभार्थी द्वारा चयनित पेंशन विकल्प पर निर्भर करेगी इसके अतिरिक्त लाभार्थी सदस्य की प्राकृतिक मृत्यु , दुर्घटना मृत्यु अथवा स्थायी विकलांगता की स्थिति में रूपए 2 लाख किसान परिवार को प्रप्प्त होगा। इसके अतिरिक्त आंशिक विकलांगता की दशा में रूपए 1 लाख बीमा की राशि के रूप में दिया जाएगा। योजना के तहत इस विकल्प का चुनाव करने पर बीमा की राशि के लिए राशि के लिए लाभार्थी को कोई प्रीमियम नहीं जमा करना होगा। बीमा की राशि का प्रीमियम राज्य सरकार भरेगी।
दूसरी श्रेणी :
इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत 40 से 60 वर्ष के किसानो को रखा गया है। इस श्रेणी के किसानो के पास दो विकल्प होंगे।
पहला विकल्प :
इस विकल्प के तहत पात्र किसान परिवार के मुखिया के बैंक खाते में एक वर्ष में 6000 रूपए रूपए 2000-2000 रूपए के तीन बराबर किश्तों में राज्य सरकार द्वारा ट्रान्सफर कर दिए जायेंगे।
दूसरा विकल्प :
इस विकल्प के तहत लाभार्थी के बैंक खाते में प्रत्येक पाँच वर्ष के बाद रूपए 36,000 ट्रान्सफर कर दिए जायेंगे।

- किसान को हरियाणा राज्य का निवासी होना चाहिए।
- किसान के पास 5 एकड़ से अधिक कृषि योग्य भूमि नहीं होनी चाहिए ।
- किसान के परिवार की आय सभी स्त्रोतों से वार्षिक रूपए 15,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए ।
- किसान की उम्र न्यूनतम 18 वर्ष एवं अधिकतम 60 वर्ष होनी चाहिए।
- किसान के पास आधार कार्ड होना चाहिए।
- कृषि योग्य भूमि के दस्तावेज़ का होना अनिवार्य होगा।
- किसान के नाम से बैंक अकाउंट होना चाहिए।
