Govt Job Scheme For National Games participants राष्ट्रिय खेलों के प्रतिभागीयों को सरकारी नौकरी योजना
राजस्थान में राष्ट्रिय खेलों में हिस्सा लेने वाले खिलाड़ियों को सरकारी नौकरी में आरक्षण देने की योजना शुरू की गयी है। योजना के तहत राज्य के विभिन्न विभागों में राष्ट्रिय स्तर के खेलों में हिस्सा लेने वाले खिलाड़ियों को 2 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने के लिए “सेवा नियम 2013” में गहलोत सरकार द्वारा संशोधन किया गया है। संशोधन के तहत अब राजस्थान के 56 विभागों में खिलाड़ियों के लिए आरक्षण का प्रावधान किया गया है। इसके पहले राज्य के 52 सरकारी विभागों में खिलाड़ियों को आरक्षण प्राप्त होती थी। राष्ट्रिय स्तर के खेलों में राजस्थान का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले खिलाड़ियों को सरकारी नौकरी में आरक्षण देने की योजना शुरू करने वाला राजस्थान देश का पहला राज्य है। राजकीय खेल मंत्री अशोक चंदना के अनुसार – राजस्थान सरकार पहली बार जनवरी 2020 में राज्य खेलों का आयोजन करने जा रही है। इन खेलों में पदक जीतने वाले खिलाड़ियों को छात्रवृत्ति देने का प्रावधान भी किया गया है। जिससे छात्रों को राष्ट्रिय खेलों में भाग लेने की तैयारी करने में मदद मिलेगी। राजस्थान में इस योजना की शुरुआत के साथ हीं नयी कहावत गढ़ी जा चुकी है- पढ़ोगे लिखोगे बनोगे नवाब, खेलोगे- कूदोगे बनोगे लाजवाब। तो राजस्थान के छात्र अब जी भर कर खेल सकते हैं। आइये जाने योजना की पूरी जानकारी।
merit Criteria for Reservation आरक्षण के लिए योग्यता
- खेलों में प्राप्त सफलता के आधार पर अंक जोड़कर मेरिट तैयार की जायेगी। जैसे – यदि किसी खिलाड़ी द्वारा अन्तराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर खेल में पदक जीता गया है। तो उसके राष्ट्रीय, राज्यकीय और विभन्न खेल प्रदर्शन में प्राप्त पदक केअंकों कको जोड़ कर मेरिट तैयार की जायेगी। इस प्राकर मेरिट के आधार पर 2 प्रतिशत आरक्षण सरकारी नौकरी में दिया जाएगा।
- इसके अतिरिक्त विभागों द्वारा लागू किये गए योग्यता मापदंडो के आधार पर भी खिलाड़ियों का ट्रायल लिया जाएगा और उसके अंक भी जोड़े जायेंगे।
Rajasthan Various Service Amendment Rules 2019 राजस्थान विभिन्न सेवा संशोधन नियम 2019
- स्कूल गेम्स फेडरेशन ऑफ़ इंडिया (SGFI) की स्कूल स्तर की नेशनल प्रतियोगिता में पदक जीतने वाले खिलाड़ी गेम्स कोटे से नौकरी के पात्र होंगे।
- भारतीय ओलम्पिक संघ /पैरा ओलम्पिक कमिटी के राष्ट्रिय खेलों में हिस्सा लेने पर भी खिलाड़ी स्पोर्ट्स कोटे के 2% आरक्षण के तहत नौकरी पाने के पात्र होंगे।
- राज्य के विकलांग खिलाड़ी भी खेल कोटे के तहत सरकारी नौकरी के पात्र होंगे।
- राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग के क्षेत्राधिकार से बाहर सीधी भर्ती से किसी वर्ष विशेष में भरे जाने वाले कुल पदों के 2% पदों पर खिलाड़ियों के भर्ती किये जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है।
- नियमों में संशोधन के पूर्व राज्य के 52 विभागों में नौकरी दी जाती थी। जिसे बढ़ाकर 56 विभाग कर दिया गया है।
दोस्तों अभी इस योजना की जानकारी राजस्ग्थान के खेल एवं युवा मंत्री अशोक चंदना द्वारा मिडिया को बतायी गयी जानकारी पर आधारित है। योजना का संचालन वर्ष 2020 से किये जाने की संभावना है।
