यदि आप दिल्ली के आसपास मकान लेने के इच्छुक हैं। तो आपके पास एनसीआर में आने वाले शहर गाज़ियाबाद के आवासीय योजना में आवेदन करने का सुनहरा मौका है। हाल हीं में गाज़ियाबाद डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी की तरफ से आवासीय योजना में आवेदन के लिए नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया है। गाजियाबाद के कौशाम्बी, बापूधाम, मधुबन एवं वैशाली में चार मंजिले, बहुमंजिले इमारत में फ्लैट लेने के लिए आवेदन किया जा सकता है। इन आवासीय योजना का लाभ आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के नागरिकों भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। आइये जाने योजना में आवेदन की जानकारी।
GDA Housing Scheme गाजियाबाद आवासीय योजना के नाम
- मधुबन -बापूधाम के अंतर्गत बहुमंजिले भवन
- शास्त्रीनगर और वैशाली योजना के अंतर्गत सेक्टर 1 एवं 5 में ईडब्ल्यूएस फ्लैट्स तथा अलकनंदा और मंदाकिनी अपार्टमेंट में एमआईजी फ्लैट्स
- कौशाम्बी योजना के अंतर्गत गंगोत्री अपार्टमेंट
GDA Housing Scheme Application ki Patrta गाजियाबाद आवासीय योजना आवेदन की पात्रता
- आवेदक भारत का नागरिक होना चाहिए।
- आवेदक की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- एक व्यक्ति एक से अधिक संपत्ति खरीद सकते हैं।
- एक फ्लैट खरीदने वाले व्यक्ति द्वारा भवन आवंटन के 2 महिने के अन्दर फ्लैट का पूरा मूल्य चुका देता है। तो उसे 5 % की छुट प्रदान की जायेगी।
- यदि एक से अधिक या बल्क में फ्लैट्स खरीदने वाले व्यक्ति द्वारा आवंटन के दो महीने के अन्दर संपत्ति का मूल्य चुका दिया जाएगा। तो प्रत्येक फ्लैट के मूल्य पर 7% छूट दिया जाएगा।
- इस योजना के अंतर्गत फ्लैट्स के लिए आवेदन करने की कोई आय सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की गयी है।
- योजना के अंतर्गत फ्लैट्स पट्टे अर्थात लीज पर दिया जाएगा। 90 वर्ष की अवधि तक लीज पर आवंटित इन फ्लैट्स पर भूमि मूल्य का 10% लीज किराया देना होगा।

- आधार कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी
- पैन कार्ड की फोटोकॉपी
- आय प्रमाण पत्र
- आवेदक के बैंक खाते की कैसल चेक की फोटोकॉपी
- एफिडेविट
- आवेदक की रंगीन वर्तमान की फोटो
GDA Housing Scheme Application Process गाजियाबाद आवासीय योजना आवेदन की प्रक्रिया
- योजना का आवेदन फॉर्म एवं विवरण पुस्तिका 5 अगस्त 2019 से आई.सी.आई. सी.आई बैंक, ओरिएण्टल बैंक ऑफ़ कॉमर्स, पंजाब नेशनल बैंक, स्टेट बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया, इलाहबाद बैंक, एच.डी.एफ.सी बैंक एवं विजया बैंक की शाखाओं से रु 500 के शुल्क का भुगतान करने पर प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा।
- आवेदन फॉर्म भरकर उसपर आवेदक को अपना हस्ताक्षर करना होगा। इसके बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क की राशि का डिमांड ड्राफ्ट बनवा कर गाज़ियाबाद विकास प्राधिकरण में लगे कैंप में जमा करना होगा।
- इस योजना के अंतर्गत भवनों का आवंटन पहले आओ पहले पाओ के आधार पर किया जाएगा।
- इसके लिए 5 अगस्त 2019 से प्रत्येक महीने के शुक्रवार एवं शनिवार को शिविर लगाकर प्राधिकरण सभागार में भवन आवंटन का कार्य किया जाएगा।
- शिविर में आवेदन पत्र प्रातः 11 बजे से दोपहर 3 बजे तक स्वीकार किये जायेगे।
- दोपहर 3 बजे के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों के आधार पर फ्लैट्स का आवंटन उसी दीन कर दिया जायेगा। यदि किसी संपत्ति के लिए एक से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त होंगे तो लाटरी ड्रा के माध्यम से संपत्ति का आवंटन किया जाएगा।
- ईडब्ल्यूएस फ्लैट्स के लिए आवेदन janhit.upda.com लिंक पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन एलोत्मेंट विकल्प के अंतर्गत proceed विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर जो पेज खुलेगा उसमें gda विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद new account विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- अब रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद सभी आवश्यक डाक्यूमेंट्स की फोटोकॉपी अपलोड करना होगा।
- इसके बाद सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करने के बाद रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जायेगी।
- अब आपको यूजर आईडी और पासवर्ड की सहायता से लॉग इन करना होगा।
- इसके बाद योजना में आवेदन के लिए फॉर्म खुल कर आयगा।
- आवेदन फॉर्म भरने के बाद सबमिट विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद दुसरे पेज पर आवेदन पत्र की एकनॉलेजमेंट नंबर का मेसेज लिखकर आएगा।
- आपको इस नबर को नोट कर लेना है इस नंबर की सहायता से आप अपने आवेदन की स्थिति चेक कर सकेंगे।
