दुनिया भर में कोविड 19 महामारी का कहर जारी है। हमारे देश में भी कोरोना वायरस संक्रमित कोविड 19 के रोगियों की संख्या में वृद्धि को देखते हुए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा संक्रमित रोगियों के मुफ्त इलाज की घोषणा की गयी है। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा संचालित आयुष्मान भारत जन आरोग्य योजना के लाभार्थियों को कोविड 19 के मुफ्त इलाज की सुविधा विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य पैकेज के अंतर्गत दी जायेगी। गौरतलब है कि जन आरोग्य योजना में पहले से हीं फ्लू , निमोनिया आदि रोग शामिल हैं। कोरोना वायरस महामारी के संक्रमण में भी बुखार, निमोनिया जैसे लक्षण पाए जाते हैं। हालांकि कोविड 19 रोग नया होने के कारण इसका जिक्र आयुष्मान भारत पैकेज में नहीं है। जिसके कारण नेशनल हेल्थ अथॉरिटी (NHA) के सीईओ डाक्टर इंदू भूषण के अनुसार कोरोना संक्रमित रोगियों को आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत सूचीबद्ध स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों में मुफ्त इलाज एवं जाँच की सुविधा उपलब्ध होगी।
Ayushman Bharat Scheme Eligibility आयुष्मान भारत योजना की पात्रता
- वर्ष 2011 की सामाजिक, आर्थिक एवं जातिगत जनगणना के आधार पर चिन्हित देश के गरीब परिवारों को इस योजना का पात्र बनाया गया है।
- जन आरोग्य योजना के लाभार्थियों को योजना के तहत सूचीबद्ध सरकारी अथवा निजी अस्पतालों में प्रति वर्ष रु 5 लाख तक के कैशलेस इलाज की सुविधा है।
- योजना के तहत किसी भी उम्र का व्यक्ति इलाज का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकता है।
- आयुष्मान भारत योजना के लाभार्थी परिवारों के लिए परिवार के आकार की कोई सीमा तय नहीं की गयी है। अर्थात परिवार में रहने वाला कोई भी सदस्य योजना का लाभ उठा सकता है।

- इस योजना में देश भर के 20,761 से ज्यादा प्राइवेट एवं सरकारी अस्पतालों को शामिल किया गया है।
- आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत अब तक देश के कुल 12.41 करोड़ गरीब जनता को ई- कार्ड जारि किया गया है।
- इस योजना की संचालक एजेंसी नेशनल हेल्थ अथॉरिटी द्वारा योजना की पात्रता जाँच की सुविधा के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारि किया गया है। इस नंबर पर कॉल करके पात्रता की जानकारी प्राप्त की जा सकती है।
- योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए टोल फ्री नंबर 14555/1800111565 कॉल किया जा सकता है। इसके अतिरिक्त एनएचए द्वारा जारी की आयुष्मान भारत योजना वेबपोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन Am I Eligible विकल्प पर क्लिक करके पात्रता की जाँच की जा सकती है।
- योजना में लिस्टेड प्राइवेट एवं सरकारी अस्पतालों में लाभार्थी परिवार को इलाज की सुविधा कैशलेस और पेपरलेस (बिना किसी फॉर्म को भरे) उपलब्ध होती है। वर्तमान में हेल्थ बेनेफिट्स पैकेज के अंतर्गत कुल 1,578 पैकेज पूर्व निर्धारित रेट के साथ उपलब्ध हैं।

- नेशनल हेल्थ अथॉरिटी द्वारा प्रधानमंत्री जन आरोग्य योजना के लाभार्थीयों को कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के लक्षण दिखने पर योजना के तहत सूचीबद्ध अस्पताल में जाने की सलाह दी गयी है।
- कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के इलाज के लिए एनएचए द्वारा हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1075/1800-112-545 जारि किया गया है।
- कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के लक्षण दिखने पर नेशनल हेल्थ अथॉरिटी द्वारा जारी किये गए हेल्प लाइन नंबर पर कॉल करके रोगी को पहले अस्पताल को सूचित करना होगा। इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारी द्वारा संक्रमित व्यक्ति के जाँच और इलाज की व्यवस्था की जायेगी।
- इन अस्पतालों में इलाज, जाँच एवं आइसोलेशन वार्ड की सुविधा उपलब्ध है।
