केंद्र सरकार द्वारा देश के औधोगिक एवं कमर्शियल संस्थानों में कार्यरत महिला श्रमिकों के लिए मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन योजना की शुरुआत की गयी है। यह योजना अभी तक हरियाणा, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, उत्तर प्रदेश,गुजरात, कर्नाटक, राजस्थान राज्यों में चल रही है। योजना के तहत प्रत्येक राज्य की 50,000 से ज्यादा महिला श्रमिकों को मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन प्रदान किये जाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। योजना का लाभ सभी राज्यों की ग्रामीण एवं शहरी बीपीएल श्रेणी की महिला श्रमिकों को दिया जाएगा। जिससे महिलाओं का सशक्तिकरण करने में मदद मिलेगी। सिलाई में निपूर्ण महिला श्रमिक अपनी दैनिक जरूरतों को पूरा करने में आत्मनिर्भर हो सकेंगी। मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए राजकीय श्रम कल्याण बोर्ड में पंजीकृत होना आवश्यक होगा। इस लेख के माध्यम से हरियाणा मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन योजना की जानकारी आपके साथ शेयर करुँगी।

- श्रमिक महिला की आयु 20 वर्ष से 40 वर्ष के बिच होनी चाहिए।
- महिला श्रमिक की मासिक आय रु 18,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- योजना के अंतर्गत श्रमिक द्वारा न्यूनतम 2 वर्ष तक कार्य किया होना आवश्यक है।

- योजना के आवेदन फॉर्म में संस्था द्वारा जारि श्रमिक आईडी प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना आवश्यक है।
- योजना के तहत महिला श्रमिकों को घरेलू उपयोग के लिए सिलाई मशीन खरीदने के लिए रु 3500 प्रदान किया जाता है।
- महिला श्रमिक को संस्था के अंतर्गत प्रत्येक 5 वर्ष के कार्यकाल में एक बार मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन खरीदने का लाभ प्राप्त हो सकेगा।

- मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन योजना में आवेदन के लिए श्रम विभाग हरियाणा वेबपोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में अन्त्योदय सरल विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद ईमेल आईडी और पासवर्ड की सहायता से लॉग इन करना होगा।
- नए उपयोगकर्ता हैं तो NEW USER विकल्प पर क्लिक करके लॉग इन आईडी और पासवर्ड बनाना होगा।
- फिर दूसरे पेज में APPLY FOR SERVICES विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर हरियाणा श्रम कल्याण बोर्ड द्वारा संचालित सभी योजनाओं के आवेदन फॉर्म की लिस्ट आ जायेगी।
- दी गयी सूचि में से मुफ्त सिलाई मशीन योजना विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आधार नंबर से श्रमिक कल्याण संस्था में पंजीकृत होने का सत्यापन करना होगा। इसके लिए आपको अपना आधार कार्ड नंबर लिखना होगा,फिर चेक बॉक्स को टिक और कैप्चा कोड लिखना होगा।
- इसके बाद आपके आधार कार्ड से लिंक्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर ओटीपी का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा। ओटीपी लिखने के बाद आवेदन फॉर्म खुल जाएगा।
- फॉर्म में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करना होगा। इसके बाद SUBMIT विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- फिर दूसरे पेज पर आवेदन पत्र एकनॉलेजमेंट नंबर लिख कर आएगा। आपको इस मेसेज को सुरक्षित कर लेना है। इसी आवेदन पत्र संख्या की सहायता से आवेदन की स्थिति ऑनलाइन ट्रैक किया जा सकेगा।
