The level of the Quantitative Aptitude section was not at all easy. It was somewhere in between moderate to difficult. For the candidates, who find themselves weak in the Quantitative Aptitude section, must have had a hard time answering the questions.
Most of the Quantitative Aptitude questions were calculative and thus were very time-consuming. But the positive side, especially for the candidates who are weak in Quantitative Aptitude is the Data Interpretation part.
There were 3 sets of Data Interpretation in the shift – I examination of Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer, which contained a total of 17 questions, yes, 17 and not 15, as always. So, if a candidate has attempted these questions only, with 100% accuracy, there are chances for you to qualify this section quite easily.
The three different Data Interpretation questions were the Tabular Data Interpretation, Pie Chart, and the Caselet Data Interpretation. Most of the students are very much familiar with the Tabular and the Pi Charts but many students still find Caselet as a tough job.
So, here we recommend you to practice Caselet Data Interpretation, as this could be a new trend for all the upcoming banking examinations.

The overall level of the English Section was Moderate. The type and pattern of questions were the same as what a candidate can expect from any banking Probationary Officer level examination.
For all the candidates who find the English Language section difficult, have to realize that the questions asked were not difficult at all, what you just need to know is that it is a Probationary Officer level exam and you just can’t expect the examiner to give clerical level questions there.
The negative point was the reading comprehension in the first shift of Bank of Baroda Probationary Officer exam. The reading comprehension had only 7 questions and was not containing 10 questions as always, also, out of those 7 questions only 2 were the vocabulary questions.
There were many candidates who attempt the vocabulary questions first and actually depend on them hugely. But, this is the take from this section, that you just can’t depend on the vocabulary part from this section and have to focus on other questions as well.

Most of the questions and the pattern of the questions were also similar to the questions and pattern as in the first shift examination. The only difference here was in the distribution of the number of questions per topic wise.
