Employee Pension Scheme ke Labh ईम्प्लोयी पेंशन स्कीम के लाभ
देश का प्रत्येक नागरिक जो सरकारी या प्राइवेट सेक्टर में कार्यरत है तथा उसका प्रोविडेंट फंड कटता है, तो वह रिटायरमेंट के बाद ईम्प्लोयी पेंशन स्कीम के लाभ का हकदार होता है। हमारे देश में जिस भी संस्थान में 20 या उससे अधिक कर्मचारी कार्यरत रहते हैं। उस संस्था के कर्मचारियों को ईम्प्लोयी प्रोविडेंट स्कीम में शामिल होना आवश्यक होता है।
फलस्वरूप उन्हें ईपीएफ के तहत सेवानिवृति के बाद जीवनपर्यंत पेंशन का लाभ मिलता है। ईपीएफ स्कीम के तहत कर्मचारी की मृत्यु के पश्चात उसके द्वारा नियुक्त नॉमिनी को पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होता है। आइये जाने इस योजना से सम्बंधित लाभ की जानकारी।
ईपीएस योजना क्या है EPS Yojana kya hai
- ईम्प्लोयी पेंशन स्कीम भारत सरकार द्वारा सरकारी एवं निजी सेक्टर के संगठित क्षेत्र में कार्यरत नागरिको को कार्यमुक्त होने के पश्चात सामाजिक सुरक्षा देने के लिए शुरू की गयी योजना है।
- नौकरी के कार्यकाल के दौरान न्यूनतम रूपए 15000 आय प्राप्त करने वाले कर्मचारियों के बेसिक सैलरी का 8.33 प्रतिशत भाग ईपीएस योजना में उनके पुरे कार्यकाल की अवधि तक जमा किया जाता है।
- इसके अतिरिक्त सरकार का योगदान रूपए 15000 बेसिक आय का 1.16% होता है।
- इसी जमा किये गए रकम के प्रतिफल में कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से कार्यमुक्त होने पर जीवन पर्यंत प्रत्येक महीने पेंशन के रूप में दिया जाता है।
- सभी कर्मचारियों के भविष्य निधि खाते तथा पेंशन खाते के प्रबंधन का कार्य भारत सरकार द्वारा नियुक्त ईम्प्लोयी प्रोविडेंट फंड आर्गेनाईजेशन (EPFO) के द्वारा किया जाता है।
ईपीएस योजना के लाभ EPS Yojana ke Labh
- यदि किसी कर्मचारी की कार्यकाल या कार्यमुक्त होने पर मृत्यु हो जाती है तो उसकी पत्नी/पति को जीवनपर्यन्त पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होता है।
- यदि पेंशनर के आश्रित पति/पत्नी की भी मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो उनके दो बच्चे 25 वर्ष की उम्र तक पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त करते हैं। चूँकि ईपीएफ योजना के तहत परिवार की सुरक्षा का नियम है। इसलिए इस योजना को फॅमिली पेशन योजना भी कहा जाता है।
- यदि पेंशनर पति/पत्नी के विधवा या विधुर द्वारा दूसरी शादी कर ली जाती है तो पेंशनर के पहले बच्चों को पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होता है।
- यदि पेंशनर का कोई बच्चा किसी भी रूप में विकलांगता का शिकार है तो ऐसी दशा में उसे जीवन भर पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होता है।
- यदि पेंशनर अविवाहित है और उसने अपना कोई नॉमिनी नहीं बनाया है तो ऐसी दशा में पेंशनर की मृत्यु होने पर उसके आश्रित माता-पिता को जीवन पर्यंत पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
ईपीएस योजना की शर्तें EPS Yojana ki Sharten
- योजना के तहत ईम्प्लोयी को पेंशन का लाभ तभी प्राप्त हो सकता है, जबकि ईम्प्लोई का 10 वर्ष का कार्यकाल पूरा होना चुका हो।
- ईम्प्लोयी की कार्यकाल के दौरान मृत्यु होने पर पत्नी या बच्चों को पेंशन लाभ प्राप्त होने के लिए कार्यकाल की कोई सीमा निर्धारित नहीं की गयी है। अर्थात यदि कर्मचारी को कार्य करते हुए 1 वर्ष भी हुआ हो और उसकी मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो पेंशन का लाभ उसके आश्रित माता -पिता या पत्नी अथवा दो बच्चों को 25 वर्ष की उम्र तक प्राप्त होगा।
- यदि कर्मचारी 10 वर्ष की नौकरी के पहले हीं कार्य करने में विकलांगता के कारण असमर्थ हो जाता है। तब उसे भी जीवन पर्यंत पेंशन का लाभ प्राप्त होगा।
