Delhi ki Doorstep Delivery Scheme दिल्ली की डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी योजना
दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविन्द केजरीवाल द्वारा वर्ष 2017 में डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी योजना की शुरुआत की गयी है। योजना के तहत दिल्ली के नागरिकों से सम्बंधित कुल 70 प्रकार की सेवाओं के लिए डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी की सुविधा शुरू की गयी है। इन सेवाओं में जाति प्रमाण पत्र, विवाह पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र आदि दस्तावेज बनवाने के अतिरिक्त राशन कार्ड पर मिलने वाले राशन की डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी की सेवा भी शामिल है। अब दिल्ली के नागरिकों को नागरिकों को सेवाओं से सम्बंधित डाक्यूमेंट्स बनवाने के लिए न सरकारी कार्यालय जाने की जरुरत है और न हीं ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने की जरुरत पड़ेगी। डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी सेवा के अंतर्गत एक हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारि किया गया है। इस नंबर पर काल करने के द्वारा ‘मोबाइल से अपॉइंटमेंट फिक्स करना होगा। बस आप घर बैठे दस्तावेज बनवाने एवं आवेदन की सेवा का लाभ उठा सकेंगे।आइये जाने इस लेख के माध्यम से योजना की जानकारी।

नागरिको को सरकारी योजनाओ एवंम अपने अधिकारों का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए दस्तावेज़ बनवाने होते हैं। इसके लिए सरकारी विभाग के कार्यालय से पंजीकरण प्रमाण पत्र बनवाना आवश्यक होता है। इन दस्तावेजों को बनवाने की सुविधा दिल्ली सरकार अपने राज्य के नागरिकों को घर बैठे उपलब्ध करवाएगी। इसके अतिरिक्त नागरिक सुविधाओं का लाभ प्राप्त करने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की सुविधा भी घर बैठे प्राप्त किया जा सकेगा। योजनाके तहत पहले चरण में 7 विभागों के 40 सेवाओं को शुरू किया गया था। फिर फरवरी 2019 से 30 प्रकार की अन्य सेवायें योजना के तहत शामिल की गयी है।
इन सेवाओं में जाति प्रमाण पत्र,विवाह प्रमाण पत्र, वृद्धावस्था पेंशन, विधवा पेंशन, विकलांग पेंशन पंजीकरण, कर्मचारियों के कॉन्ट्रैक्ट रिन्यूअल, पानी सीवर के नये लेने अथवा कटवाने के लिए आवेदन ,गरीब परिवारों का बीमा, परिवार कल्याण योजना,मालिकाना हक़ में बदलाव,निवास प्रमाण पत्र, आय प्रमाण पत्र,जन्म प्रमाण पत्र,मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र, भूमि से सम्बंधित दस्तावेज़,ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस के लिए आवेदन आदि शामिल किये गए है।
Doorstep Delivery Service benefit डोरस्टेप डिलीवरी सेवा का लाभ कैसे प्राप्त करें
- योजना के अंतर्गत प्राप्त सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा 1076 नंबर जारि किया है।
- योजना के तहत शुरू की गयी सेवाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए 1076 नंबर पर कॉल करके मोबाइल सहायक से स्थान और समय पर उपलब्ध रहने का अपॉइंटमेंट फिक्स करना होगा।
- अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए सुबह 8 बजे से रात 10 बजे के बीच का समय तय किया जा सकता है।
- इसके बाद सेवा से सम्बंधित सरकारी विभाग का कर्मचारी समय पर आपके पास आएगा और आप से फॉर्म भरवाएगा एवं सेवा से सम्बंधित दस्तावेज़ को ऑनलाइन वेबपोर्टल पर अपलोड करेगा।
- इसके बाद आपको उस कर्मचारी को 50 रु सेवा शुल्क देना होगा।
- इसके बाद सेवा से सम्बंधित प्रमाण पत्र डाक के द्वारा आपके घर पहुँच जाएगा।
