Delhi High Security Number Plate Registration दिल्ली हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट पंजीकरण
केन्द्रीय सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्री नितिन गडकरी द्वारा 1 अप्रैल 2019 से सभी वाहन निर्माता कंपनियों के लिए वाहन के साथ हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट देना अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है। इस नंबर प्लेट पर वाहन डीलर तीसरा रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क लगायेंगे वाहनों के इस हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर को सरकार के वाहन डेटाबेस से जोड़ा जाएगा। एचएसआरपी नंबर प्लेट पर लगी रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क क्रोमियम बेस्ड होलोग्राम स्टीकर होंगे। जो एक बार लगने के बाद हटाने पर खराब हो जायेंगे। HSRP यानि हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट पुराने वाहनों पर भी लगाना अनिवार्य कर दिया जाएगा। जिससे गाड़ी चोरी की वारदातों पर नियंत्रण पाया जा सकेगा।
इस योजना को देश के सभी राज्यों में लागू किया जाएगा। इसी क्रम में दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल द्वारा राज्य में हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट योजना को लागू कर दिया गया है। दिल्ली में 12 अक्टूबर 2018 से पुरानी वाहनों के लिए HSRP नंबर प्लेट लगाने की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर दी गयी है। हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट पुराने वाहनों पर लगवाने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। तो आइये जाने HSRP लगवाने के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया।
HSRP kya Hai एचएसआरपी क्या है
हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट पर बने रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क क्रोमियम बेस्ड होलोग्राम स्टीकर के रूप में होंगे। इस स्टीकर में गाड़ी रजिस्ट्रेशन नंबर, रजिस्अटर थॉरिटी ,इंजन नंबर और चेसिस नंबर , लेजर ब्रांडेड परमानेंट नंबर अंकित होगी। इसके अतिरिक्त तीसरे रजिस्ट्रेशन मार्क में वाहनों में प्रदूषण की रोकथाम के लिए प्रयोग किये जाने वाले ईंधन की कलर कोडिंग भी होगी। जो गाड़ी के विंड शील्ड पर लगाई जायेगी। HSRP युक्त वाहनों को सरकार के डेटा बेस से जोड़ा जायगा। जिससे वाहनों को ऑनलाइन ट्रैक भी किया जा सकेगा।
अब सभी नयी वाहनों पर हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट लगी हुई आएगी और पुरानी वाहनों के नंबर प्लेट को हटा कर HSRP नंबर प्लेट लगाना होगा। पुरानी गाड़ियों के लिए हाई सिक्यूरिटी नंबर प्लेट के सप्लाई के लिए सरकार द्वारा एजेंसियों को नामित किया जाएगा। इन एजेंसियो डीलर्स को नंबर प्लेट सप्लाई किया जाएगा।

- दिल्ली में पुरानी वाहनों के नंबर प्लेट को बदलकर HSRP नंबर प्लेट लगाने के लिए 1 जनवरी वर्ष 2011 से 30 अप्रैल 2012 तक रजिस्टर्ड हुए वाहनों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गयी है।
- HSRP आवेदन के लिए ऑफिसियल वेबसाइट लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में Book HSRP Plate Appointment &Pay Fee Online विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस पेज में सभी सूचनाएं भरने के बाद generate OTP विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर पर प्राप्त ओटिपी को लिखना होगा।
- फिर आपके द्वारा वाहन की डिटेल्स को दिल्ली राज्य परिवहन विभाग द्वारा सत्यापित किया जाएगा। इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल नंबर आवेदन फॉर्म रेफ़रन्स आईडी नंबर का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा। इस नंबर की सहायता से आप अपने आवेदन की स्थिति की जाँच कर सकेंगे।
- इस के बाद अपॉइंटमेंट के निर्धारित समय पर जाकर आपको नंबर प्लेट प्राप्त करना होगा।
