CEIR webportal will detect stolen/lost mobile सीईआईआर वेबपोर्टल चोरी / गुम मोबाइलों का पता लगाएगा
दूरसंचार विभाग (डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ टेलीकम्यूनिकेशन) द्वारा गुम हुए या चोरी हुए मोबाइल फोन का पता लगाने के लिए सीईआईआर (CEIR) वेब पोर्टल को लॉन्च किया गया है। सेंट्रल इक्विपमेंट आइडेन्टिटी रजिस्टर वेबपोर्टल को केन्द्रीय दूरसंचार मंत्री रविशंकर प्रसाद द्वारा मुंबई में शुरू किया गया है। महाराष्ट्र सर्किल में CEIR प्रोजेक्ट का ट्रायल होने के बाद सभी राज्यों में इस योजना का संचालन किया जाएगा। इस वेबपोर्टल के जरिये चोरी हुए या खोये हुए मोबाइल फोन को हर नेटवर्क पर ब्लाक किया जा सकेगा। मोबाइल में नेटवर्क का सिग्नल नहीं आने के बावजूद पुलिस मोबाइल की ट्रैकिंग कर सकेगी।
दरअसल हर मोबाइल का यूनिक आइडेंटिफिकेशन कोड होता है। जिसे IMEI (इंटरनेशनल मोबाइल इक्विपमेंट आइडेंटिटी) कोड कहते हैं। ये 15 डिजिट का नंबर होता है। इस कोड के बिना कोई भी सिम मोबाइल में नहीं चल सकता है। IMEI कोड की सहायता से मोबाइल को ट्रेस किया जा सकता है। IMEI कोड को रिप्रोग्राम किया जा सकता है। जिसके कारण चोरी किये हुए मोबाइल के कोड की क्लोनिंग कर दी जाती है। आज देश में एक IMEI नंबर के लगभग 18000 हज़ार मोबाइल चलन में हैं।
CEIR प्रणाली में सभी मोबाइल ऑपरेटर के IMEI कोड का डेटा दर्ज होगा। मोबाइल चोरी होने पर सबसे पहले पुलिस स्टेशन में आआईआर दर्ज करवाना होगा। इसके बाद हेल्पलाइन नंबर 14422 पर कॉल करके दूरसंचार विभाग को मोबाइल चोरी की सूचना देनी होगी। इसके बाद मोबाइल के IMEI को वेरीफाई करने के बाद आपके मोबाइल को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर दिया जाएगा। जब कोई ब्लैकलिस्टेड मोबाइल में कोई दूसरा सिम लगायेगा, तो पुलिस के द्वारा ट्रैक कर लिया जाएगा।
आप खुद भी CEIR वेबपोर्टल के माध्यम से अपने खोये हुए मोबाइल को ब्लाक कर सकते हैं। फिर मोबाइल मिल जाने के बाद मोबाइल को अनब्लॉक कर सकते हैं। इसके अतिरिक्त मोबाइल के अनब्लॉक होने की स्थिति की जाँच भी कर सकते हैं तो आइये जाने सेंट्रल इक्विपमेंट आइडेन्टिटी रजिस्टर वेबपोर्टल के माध्यम से चोरी हुए मोबाइल को ब्लाक कैसे किया जा सकता है ?
Mechanism Of CEIR Project सीईआईआर प्रोजेक्ट की कार्यप्रणाली
- डिपार्टमेंट ऑफ़ टेलीकम्यूनिकेशन (DOT) द्वारा मोबाइल की चोरी की घटनाओं पर नियंत्रण पाने के लिए उपकरण पहचान रजिस्टर प्रोजेक्ट तैयार किया गया है। इस प्रोजेक्ट को संचालित करने के लिए (CEIR) सेंट्रल इक्विपमेंट आइडेन्टिटी रजिस्टर वेबपोर्टल लांच किया गया है।
- CEIR से सभी मोबाइल ऑपरेटर के IMEI डाटाबेस को कनेक्ट किया गया है। ताकि ब्लैकलिस्ट किये हुए उपकरण पहचान रजिस्टर कोड को सभी मोबाइल नेटवर्क पर ब्लाक किया जा सके।
- CEIR डेटाबेस को सभी राज्यों के पुलिस के साथ शेयर किया जाएगा जिससे मोबाइल चोरी होने का एफईआर दर्ज किये जाने पर पुलिस और सर्विस प्रोवाइडर कम्पनी मोबाइल के IMEI कोड एवं मॉडल को चेक कर पायेंगे और मोबाइल को ब्लैकलिस्ट कर सकेंगे।
- इसके बाद मोबाइल पर किसी भी नेटवर्क का सिंग्नल नहीं आएगा। इस प्रकार चोरी की गयी मोबाइल केवल खिलौने का कम करेगी।
- अब चोरी की गयी मोबाइल में जैसे हीं दूसरे सिम का प्रयोग किया जाएगा। सर्विस प्रोवाइडर नए यूजर की पहचान कर पुलिस को सूचित कर देगा। इस प्रकार पुलिस बिना नेटवर्क के भी मोबाइल ट्रेस कर सकेगी।
Blocking Mobile From CEIR Web Portal सीईआईआर वेब पोर्टल से मोबाइल ब्लाक करना
- ऑनलाइन चोरी हुए मोबाइल को ब्लाक करने के लिए CEIR वेब पोर्टल लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में ceir services विकल्प के अंतर्गत block stolen/lost mobile विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इस पेज में सभी सूचनाएं लिखने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आपके द्वारा दर्ज मोबाइल नंबर एवं ईमेल आईडी पर request id का मेसेज प्राप्त होगा।
- इस आईडी को आपको याद रखना होगा। क्योंकि इस आईडी के प्रयोग से आप मोबाइल प्राप्त होने की स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
- अब यदि खोयी /चोरी हो चुकी मोबाइल आपको मिल जाती है। तो मोबाइल अनब्लॉक रिक्वेस्ट करने के लिए लिंक पर क्लिक करिए।
- इस पेज में रिक्वेस्ट आईडी नंबर लिखने के बाद मोबाइल नंबर लिखना होगा।
- वही मोबाइल नंबर लिखना होगा, जो आपने ब्लाक करने के लिए फॉर्म में लिखा था।
- इसके बाद otp लिखने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- मोबाइल अनब्लॉक होने की स्थिति की जाँच करने के लिए check request status विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- मोबाइल अनब्लॉक रिक्वेस्ट फॉर्म में लिखे गए रिक्वेस्ट आईडी को लिखने के बाद submit विकल्प पर क्लिक करना होगा।
- इसके बाद आपके मोबाइल अनब्लॉक स्टेटस की जानकारी आप प्राप्त कर सकेंगे।
