सरकार की घोषणा के अनुसार 18 से 40 वर्ष की आयु तक का कोई भी व्यक्ति इस योजना में शामिल हो सकता है। सरकार ने जितनी आयु तक ओर पेंशन जितने साल लेना चाहते हैं, उसी के अनुसार हर महा आपको पैसा जमा कराने के लिए सरकार ने स्पष्ट नीति बनाई है।
- अगर आप हर माह 1000 रूपए की पेंशन चाहते हैं और आपकी आयु 18 वर्ष की है,तो आपको 42 साल तक हर माह 42 रूपए जमा करवाने पड़ेगे ।
- वहीं 40 साल की उम्र वालों को 291 रूपए 20 साल तक हर माह जमा करवाने होंगे। 1000 रूपए पेंशन के लिए आवेदन करने वाले व्यक्ति की आश्मिक मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो उसने जिसको नामांकित उत्तराधिकारी के रूप में दर्शाया हे उसे को 1.7 लाख रूपए दिया जाएगा।
- इसी तरह 2000, 3000, 4000 या इससे अधिक 5000 रूपए प्रति माह पेंशन प्राप्त करने वालो के लिए उनकी उम्र के हिसाब से प्रतिमाह का प्रीमियम देना होगा।
- अगर आप 30 साल के हैं और चाहते हैं कि मुझे हर माह 5000 रूपए की पेंशन मिले, तो आपको 30 साल तक प्रतिमाह 577 रूपए जमा करवाना पड़ेगे ।अगर ऎसे लोगों की मृत्यु हो जाती है, तो उनके नामांकित उत्तराधिकारी को 8.5 लाख रूपए सरकार देगी ।

आपको बताना चाहता हु की अटल पेंशन योजना 18 से 40 साल की उम्र के लोगों के लिए है। आपकी उम्र के इस दायरे में कुछ भी हो,सकता है आपको अधिकतम 60 साल की उम्र तक पेंशन क़िस्त हर महीने जमा करवाना पड़ेगa।जिसके लिए आप यह पैसा जमा करवाते थे वह पैसा आपको पेंशन के रूप में हर महा मिलने लगें

अटल पेंशन योजना के रूप में सरकार भी आपको आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान करेगी। सरकार ने प्रस्ताव पारित किया है कि अगर आप 31 दिसम्बर 2015 तक अटल पेंशन योजना में खाता खुलवाते हैं, तो पांच साल तक 2019 -20 तक सरकार आपकी जमा राशि का 50 प्रतिशत पैसा या उससे अधिकतम 1000 रूपए प्रति वर्ष योगदान करेगी। हालांकि ये योगदान उसी खाताधारक को मिलेगा जो आयकर नहीं देता है।
अटल पेंशन योजना के लिए कौन पात्र है?
अटल पेंशन योजना (APV )18 से 40 वर्ष कीआयु समूह वर्ग के सभी भारतीयों के लिए है। हर व्यक्ति को कम से कम 20 साल तक प्रीमियम देना होगी तभी आप इस योजना का लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते है न योजना एनपीएस लाइट’ के सभी सदस्य खुद-ब-खुद अटल पेंशन योजना में शिफ्ट हो जाएंगे।जिससे यह योजना स्वावलंबन योजना की जगह ले लेगी, जिसे देशभर में ज्यादा लोकप्रियता नहीं मिल सकी।
आप अटल पेंशन योजना में अपना पंजीयन कैसे कराएं?
अटल पेंशन योजना का लाभ लेने के लिए पंजीकरण कराने हेतु हर खाताधारी को अथॉराइजेशन फॉर्म भरकर अपने बैंक में जमा कराना होगा। इस फॉर्म में खाता नंबर,और आप जिसे अपना नॉमनी बनाना चाहते हे ओर अपने जीवनसाथी और नॉमिनी का विवरण लिखकर देना होगा। अथाॅराइजेषन फॉर्म भरना होगा, जिससे आप बैंक की योजना की राशि के आहरण का अधिकार दे देंगे। इस योजना के तहत पंजीकृत खाताधारी को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि हर महीने उसके खाते में निर्धारित रुपए होना चाहिए। यदि वह ऐसा नहीं कर सके तो मासिक जुर्माना वसूला जाएगा
कितने रूपए पर कितना अंश देना होगा
- 100 रुपए तक के मासिक अंशदान पर एक रुपया
- 101 से 500 रुपए तक के मासिक अंशदान पर दो रुपए
- 501 से 1,000 रुपए तक के मासिक अंशदानपर पांच रुपए।
1,001 से ज्यादा मासिक अंशदान पर 10 रुपए।
अटल पेंशन योजना के नियम
अगर अटल पेंशन योजना में छह महीने तक जमा नहीं किया तो खाताधारी का खाता सील कर लिया जाएगा।
इस योजना में 12 महीने तक पैसा जमा नहीं किया, तो खाताधारी का खाता निष्क्रिय कर दिया जाएगा।
अगर 24 महीने तक जमा नहीं किया तो खाताधारी के खाते को पूरी तरह बंद कर दिया जाएगा।
उनके लिए जिनका कोई बैंक खाता नहीं हैः किसी भी व्यक्ति को सबसे पहले बैंक अकाउंट खोलना होगा। इसके लिए आधार कार्ड और केवायसी की जानकारी उपलब्ध कराना जरूरी है। उस व्यक्ति को साथ में एपीवाय का प्रपोजल फॉर्म भी जमा कराना होगा।
अटल पेंशन योजना से बाहर निकलनाः सामान्य परिस्थितियों में, अटल पेंशन योजना के लिए पंजीकृत एक खाताधारी अटल पेंशन योजना से 60 साल की उम्र तक बाहर नहीं निकल सकता। सिर्फ विशेष परिस्थिति में ही खाता बंद किया जा सकता है, जैसे कि हितग्राही की मौत की स्थिति में।
कौन नहीं खुलवा सकता इस योजना में खाता:
